A couple of years ago, I was looking for a place where they would undertake the repair of "old" powerful active acoustics (production date before 2010). Many workshops refused. They took it without any problems. They immediately agreed on a plan of action:
Inspection, identification of the causes of the breakdown and determination of the repair price. After that, they called back, told me how and for what, and I agreed to the price / repair. Two weeks later, my baby was ready;) They gave a guarantee for their work for a year. And the bass continues to delight us (and the neighbors) to this day.

I have been repairing an Electrolux vacuum cleaner, which has been in use for a couple of decades) They repaired it quickly and efficiently, although I no longer hoped much. The master called back literally the next day, announced the problems and the cost of repairs. I took the repaired vacuum cleaner the very next day, gave a guarantee and made a pleasant pension discount. Now I know exactly who to take home appliances to if there are problems. I would like to mention the polite staff, it is pleasant to communicate with such people.

I gave the coffee machine for repair. It's done, it's working. Along the way, they paid attention and fixed the problems that they did not declare for repair (they considered it natural wear). Everything was explained and shown.... The only thing I would like is for feedback to be more clearly established, regarding the results of diagnostics and the repair process, you need to call and clarify yourself. As I see it: they accepted the equipment, carried out diagnostics, called and described the cause of the breakdown, estimated cost and repair time, agreed - fixed - called back. Well, there don't seem to be any questions about the quality of the repair.
