I have never seen a worse service. It is useless to call the service center. From the word at all!!! They have no feedback from the client.
I gave the TV for repair in July 2024. Three months later, they called back.....they said we can't fix it))))

I took the TV and turned to another workshop. Two days later, the TV was already repaired!!! The malfunction was simple - the backlight flew)))
And for three months they told me that it was a matter of the power and (or) control board and they could not replace them))))

Terrible attitude towards customers... since 06/27/2024 , i.e. two days to a month and nothing has been done at all. They are sent back to the pick-up point without even conducting a diagnosis, now after 4 weeks they kind of decided to take it to check what was broken. She asked to make repairs without waiting in line, because due to their negligence, the mower rolls around Belarus for a month, they said wait in line.
