There was a problem with the Asko washing machine - there was a metallic rattling when spinning. I contacted the service center in the evening, and the next morning the technician left for diagnostics and warranty corrections. The master by the name of Savitsky arrived at the appointed time, everything was carefully disassembled and fixed. Everything was prompt and professional. Reading the negative reviews, I can't compare it with reality in any way: we are very pleased with this attitude to our problem and service.
