We stayed here with colleagues in December 2024 while on a business trip to the Capital. Very convenient location. The very center of the left bank. It looks very cool on the outside. We lived on the 27th floor. Great view of Bayterek from the window.
The access system is on the level. There is a whole shopping center with small boutiques on the ground floor. There is almost everything. Overall, I liked it.

We were visiting beautiful Astana and lived with my wife in one of the towers of the complex, it seems on the 40th floor. The view from the window is simply incredible! We admired the sunsets every evening! On the ground floor of the complex there are a lot of shops with industrial goods and products, a dining room, a cafe, document printing services, etc., etc. Nearby is the chic Keruen shopping center, many restaurants for every taste and budget, a couple of blocks away is a restaurant of Russian cuisine "Hut" and Korean cuisine. Nearby is the Marquee shopping center, listed in the Guinness Book of Records, and the Bayterek Tower, and banks, and exchange offices, and beautiful boulevards... It is the center of the economic and tourist life of the city. I definitely recommend it!!! Astana, thank you for your hospitality!

Hello! Externally, an interesting and beautiful LCD. Good location in the center. Near Bayterek, Keruen , mosque. The view from the 33rd floor window is amazing, especially at night. There is almost everything you need downstairs.
The only negative thing about the apartment that was rented. It looks clean, but the bed and towels are in terrible condition. Especially the towels are very old, stained and have a terrible smell.

When we checked in, the band was rehearsing in the next room and everything was very clearly audible in the hallway. BUT the apartment itself is quiet, the sound insulation of the walls is excellent. A strange heating system made of electric radiators. It is located in the very center of the city, everything is nearby. There is an exchange across the street, a pizzeria and shops around the corner. Bayterek is a five-minute walk away.
