A new, huge, clean and beautiful restaurant. The furniture is cozy and luxurious. There is a rich menu, and there is sushi and pizza, and burgers and kebabs and soups and second courses. European, Asian, Oriental cuisines for every taste. This is a place where you can get together with people with different food preferences.
There is no room on weekends, although there are 2 floors.
There is even an elevator, convenient with a wheelchair. But it is impossible to climb the stairs, because the descent for the wheelchair is very steep.
Interestingly, those who designed it, themselves tried to climb or descend in a wheelchair. We do it for show, without taking into account the convenience, it is especially difficult for people with disabilities in such places.

Saffron... there were guests, Americans, and I brought guests to dinner! Sooooo tasty and not expensive!
Again, there was a wonderful nursery on top, because I have small children, for me, or rather for them, this is an important part of visiting a cafe)
By the way, the staff was pleasantly surprised.. my guests were spoken fluently in English…
In general, this Saffron is the most decent)))

The first time we wanted to go to this institution. When asked on the phone what the exact address is, the girl speaks Kazakh. When asked to answer in Russian, he does not understand anything at all. There is also no clear answer about the playground. We arrived with our family, went up to the 2nd floor. The receptionist met me and that was it. We waited for 10 minutes for the menu. So no one came up. Considering that we saw the new guests arrive. Boarding at the institution was minimal. The waiters in the corner were on their phones. As a result, I had to take the menu myself. So after this act, after all, no one came up. They got up and left. I ask you to draw the attention of the management of this institution to the work of all staff. The disappointment is complete. First of all, not a foot towards you anymore. Secondly, we will not even recommend it. On the contrary, advise everyone to avoid you! Cooking service!

A beautiful and large cafe for lovers of national cuisine. Very large portions. Lots of meat. I liked the pilaf and soup with homemade noodles. Kymyz and lemonade. They also took potatoes with meat - they brought a whole dish of vegetables and salad to it.
The service is not very fast, it seems that 20% of the cost of the dishes needs to be paid for it.

I have visited all points of this network several times, but this was my first time here. The atmosphere, waiting time, food, and interior are normal as everywhere else.
I didn't like the staff:
when clarifying the available 2 tables, they said it was reserved for 17:00, but there was no one on one until 19:00, the family was put on the second at their request at 17:30;
when clarifying the order, the waiter warned that perhaps we would not eat the whole dessert and additionally inform, eventually forced and put in front of guests are in an awkward position.
It's nothing personal, but I'm for raising the level of our customer service.
