The pool is small, warm, there is a hammam and sauna. The breakfasts are very varied for 5+. In general, as well as lunch and dinner.

Breathtaking views and fresh air, beautiful nature.
There is a huge amount of entertainment for children and adults on the territory of the hotel: rollercoaster, zipline, ski lifts, buggies, shooting range, paintball, horse riding – this is just a small list of sports activities available to resort guests in the summer.
Also on the territory there are restaurants (about 12 pieces), karaoke, hookah bar, karaoke, game center.
The hotel itself has a luxurious, huge, incredible spa center, the largest in Azerbaijan.
We held a corporate event here for the customer's company, the guests were delighted.
And I, as an organizer, am very satisfied with the conditions, well-coordinated work of the staff and the service.

We had a rest in Shahdag from February 17 to 22, 2024. In the price-quality ratio, Shahdag Hotel & SPA left a positive impression. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable enough. The staff responds quickly to requests, with kindness. At our request, champagne glasses were brought to the room!!! Good breakfasts (buffet, delicious pastries, fruits, yoghurts, porridges, scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, etc.) The restaurant is spacious, as in any hotel there is a "rush time" when more guests go to breakfast, at this time there are queues, but not critical. Cleaning is a relative quality. But if something doesn't suit you, they fix it right away. The SPA complex is clean, well maintained; the pool is small, 50% of the hydro massage does not work; the hammam is warm, without a steam curtain, the sauna is excellent. Exit to the mountain immediately from the hotel. There are lockers for ski storage, with drying, paid, approx.500 rubles per day (includes 2 pairs of skis and boots). Among the disadvantages is the hotel restaurant (dinner, lunch), which is quite expensive even by Moscow standards, while the portions are small and half of the dishes are tasteless - we did not expect ((. But this is the problem of Shahdag's catering (rest. only a few, except for the Pizzeria, all left a sad impression.) The slopes, the trails are excellent, there are few people, corduroy up to 13-14 hours, there are no queues on the lifts, you can "corn" all day. Fans of freeride and extreme sports will be bored: ) If you compare the cost / quality, in comparison with Krasnaya Polyana, the level of service on the mountain and in the hotel is higher, the attitude of the staff is better. In general, as we visited Europe, such a mini-Andorra)

A comfortable hotel with a good breakfast, the location is excellent, the spa is also not bad, the rooms are tired, but normal. On the downside, I had to compete for an equipment locker and ride in wet shoes for two days. Lockers are distributed not only to those staying at the hotel, hence their shortage. And it seemed that the priority was given to those who rent equipment at the hotel (at fairly high prices). In my opinion, this is not very correct. Lockers are a must have for hotel guests.
And in general, I do not understand why there are no normal delicious restaurants upstairs (next to the Shahdag Spa Hotel), from the word at all! everything that is there is very expensive and not tasty - "for tourists." But there are amazing restaurants downstairs, but it's a 40-minute drive to them, it's unclear how to get there, there are no transfers from the hotels. I think this is the main disadvantage of this resort.

I strongly recommend not going to this hotel if you are used to really good service, and not empty words and promises. We had an unpleasant situation during check-in due to the fault of a reservation service employee, but instead of solving it, we spent 4 hours listening to long monologues and promises from Sabukha's manager (he introduced himself as a decision-maker and ready to help). In fact, it turned out to be nothing.… There was no real help, just persuasions to stay at their hotel, and when we found a room for ourselves and moved in, they started ignoring us altogether, there was no question of any compensation for harm. But we just called a spade a spade. Don't you also know what people are called who are not responsible for their words? That's what we know. All it took was to define the boundaries of your authority and not carry all this nonsense for 4 hours. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

I booked two rooms through an agency. The tariff is non-refundable. But when booking, it was written that in case of force majeure, the money will be refunded. Result. I got sick today, 16.10.24 reservation.
I wrote to support, attached a copy of the electronic sick leave - the hotel refused.
I got through to the hotel. He explained the situation and said that he had a sick leave. The result is that the hotel will charge the entire amount of the stay, despite the sick leave. They offered to reschedule the trip, but this is not an option for me. They were sent to the tour operator, who, in turn, sends them to the hotel.
I do not advise anyone to contact such a service. I will sue both the operator and the hotel. They just write off 120 thousand rubles.

Pleasant room, courteous staff, delicious food, swimming pool, hammam, gym. Everything is great. The ski lift is 10 steps from the hotel. Ski equipment rental is 5+, the number of instructors is more than the number of guests (some instructors are so-so). I can find fault with the weather...... and here's another thing, the shower is terrible in the room, the water does not adjust for 5 minutes, then boiling water, then a glacier. The rest is 5+++

We had a vacation with family and friends in November 2024. We really liked the hotel and the place. Beautiful mountains and a good level hotel. Among the disadvantages, I would single out a small gym with a very meager set of exercise equipment and a restaurant on the fourth floor. The restaurant itself is not bad and the staff is good, but the choice of dishes is small and the prices are very high.

An amazing vacation in the mountains. The sun, the mountains, good trails, a wonderful company of like-minded people, what else is needed to meet old age. A great hotel in an incredibly beautiful location. Spacious rooms, large balcony with stunning views. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Underground parking with elevator directly to the rooms. Nice spa area with beautiful mountain views from the pool, sauna and hammam. There is a gym next to the pool. There is a lot of beauty around the hotel, there is a place to go by car, and just take a walk. In addition, the hotel provides one free descent-ascent by cable car, a pleasant entertainment. In addition, there are all possible options for activities for every taste. A really cool option for a vacation in the mountains, I recommend it.
And special thanks to the hotel staff for making a reservation without prepayment for us, as citizens of the Russian Federation, since it was not possible for us to make a payment with Russian bank cards.

Good day everyone! I want to leave a positive review about the Shahdag ski resort! Of course I'm a beginner, but still! So in order, the Shahdag Spa hotel really corresponds to the 5* level: a varied breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables, (try semolina, go back to childhood)! The rooms are cozy, clean, warm! We took a mountain view, every morning it's just a masterpiece when the sun comes out from behind the mountains! The spa area includes a hammam, sauna, swimming pool, gym, everything is in excellent condition and after skiing is the best! Dinner at the restaurant is great, delicious food, service for 5, an average check of 1500 rubles per person with two glasses of wine! As for the rides, we were all very happy! Instructors, lifts, weather, just everything is at the highest level! The result was that my son and I went from the green to the red level of the tracks in three days! Be selective in the rental, you still need to take into account that this is a rental! Concluding my little story, I want to say that I will come back here again and again with great pleasure!
