I do not know what the rest of the hotels in Urgench look like, but it is Shark, for its money it is the TOP. Very cheap room rates, but what you get for the money is worth it. The clean hotel is obviously relatively new, but small with only 19 rooms. But everything is new. Breakfast is relatively modest, but it used to be 3 times higher for the hotel check, tomorrow is 2 times worse, so breakfast corresponds. Very weak staff, a slow-witted guy at the reception, of all the staff, one adekwat got caught at the reception in 1 shift. The rest are terrible, even though you won't be in contact with them. The rooms are not small, the size is pleasant, there is nothing personal. However, the sewerage system does not work very well, the shower is naughty in all directions, there is no place for legs in the toilet while sitting. Claims in general only to the toilet and shower. But once again, their price list is very good.

A very cozy hotel. The rooms have everything you need in modern times, the guys from the reception are very hospitable and are always ready to help if you need anything. Basically, the hotel is very quiet and this is for the best, there is no unnecessary noise. Breakfast is simply delicious. The big advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the railway station and the airport.

I didn't like the hotel a little dirty, the sheets are stained, insects in the room (but these are not cockroaches, just a street insect) there are general slippers in the shower, in the shower itself the lid from access to plumbing is just not even fixed, I disdained to go into the shower itself. Breakfast is also meager, these are the cons, of the pros I can say that the guy at the reception was kind and polite.

The hotel is clean, budget, 5 min taxi ride from the center. The only thing is the audibility of the walls is terrible. It's like the walls are made of cardboard, you can hear perfectly well what's going on in the next room, in the hallway, on the street....

A nice hotel, clean, towels, detergents - everything is in sufficient quantity, the beds are soft and comfortable. The staff is pleasant.
However, for some unknown reason, they refused to accept a European card for payment. They sent me to withdraw cash at night at an ATM.
In the morning, they called a taxi to the airport and gave me a warm sandwich with them.

We had a paid room in this hotel. But the hostess of the Dilfusa hotel, for some reason not clear to us, settled us in her second hotel, which is not even on the booking. Although you can't call it a hotel, I'll call it a bedbug!
The bed linen was dirty and stained, there was hair on the sheets, and the toilets stank of sewage. It was 5 in the morning and we did not look for a new hotel in an unfamiliar city. They demanded to replace the linen, but it was gray instead of white. In general, I have never met such a boorish and condescending attitude anywhere else. Then this Dilfusa just didn't get in touch, we wanted to demand a refund, but silence.

We booked a room at the booking office, phoned, warned that we would arrive early in the morning and be at the hotel around 5 a.m. Upon check-in, it turned out that one of the two beds in the room was not made, towels were brought later, there was only one bottle of shower gel in the bathroom. Our room was located on the ground floor next to the kitchen and some other office space, the morning began as if on a side shelf in a shopping cart: noise, hum, screams of female workers in screeching Uzbek, from 6 a.m. At the same time, the price was almost higher than in a guest house in Tashkent.
