We were traveling on 03/06/2024 with a baby (2 years old). We visited Shawarmax and had a very good time. The place had a pleasant atmosphere, clean and cozy, pleasant music was playing. We were greeted at the reception by a polite, smiling employee, Tatiana.
We ate shawarma, very tasty, juicy, ingredients in moderation. The child really liked the shawarma, many thanks to the cook Julia N. The shawarma is very satisfying and delicious.
I would like to express my gratitude to the owner of the establishment for such a wonderful level of service and food)

I visit different cities for work

I take shava in different cities, I have not seen such prices anywhere. The prices are too high
I took a warm shawl, and the vegetables inside turned out to be cold. Only the pita bread was warm
Shava is a little dry, there is little sauce

I ordered on January 06, not only did I wait 30 minutes for the order (it was stated to be 10), the smell of burnt oil from it, frozen 1!!! The tomato is inside, the chicken is like a rubber band! Half of the declared ingredients were missing from the shawarma showcase: mushrooms, cheese, cucumbers. Inside there is only chicken like dough and cabbage.👎👎👎 mayonnaise leaked out when opened, I regretted 10,000 times that I ordered here. It's a terrible place. The cook has no manners, shouts obscenities about the readiness of the order.

Our group of people were going to play board games, they could have been regular and numerous customers, but they decided to kick us out because we moved the couch because of the card that had sunk under it - on our own. Their business, but 20 clients are unlikely to ever come here.

It feels like a favor is being done by accepting an order. The girl doesn't give a damn about the client at all. After payment, she muttered "20 minutes, wait" and that's it. All the time I arrived, I was discussing something with the courier.

Great fast food cafe!!!! We have been eating there with the whole family since the opening. And we are very glad that the quality is not getting worse, as in many other establishments ... but only better. Every time we make sure that we have made the right choice.
Today we took a shawarma and ...., oh MY GOD, everything is just annulled by how delicious the shawarma is, we thought it couldn't be better, but no!!! Apparently, new cooking technologies, juicy, very tasty meat (which is put on the conscience, from the heart, like at home). Fresh vegetables, only moderately, very tasty and exquisite sauce, and crispy, fried pita bread on all sides!!!! Mmmmmm...!!!! This cafe is just a storehouse for lazy housewives, a bachelor and children who study. If you have a quick and tasty meal, then only in SHAWARMAKS!!!! I RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

To all this, I did not hear such words as hello, bon appetit, come and see you later. Apparently, it is not customary to tell clients this way on this shift. In general, the sediment is not very much left. I will definitely not take anything else from this seller. Negative, alas.

While I was studying the menu on the wall (5 minutes), the girl kept looking at me with the expression "I'm tired of everything, and you came too," so it was pretty creepy. Having ordered shawarma, which was cold and tasted 3/5, I wanted tea, where they poured me not hot water anymore and about 2/3 cups. By the way, I found out that the girl can talk by accident. Before that, there was no "please, what will you order, thank you", nothing, just silent and watching. No, of course I understand that asking for any level of service in Kalinkovichi may be superfluous, there is not much competition here. But I would advise the owners of the establishment to tell the girl that you need to say hello, you can even smile at customers sometimes, and in general, you can talk and answer questions, and not silently poke your finger at the menu and roll your eyes))
