We were passing through Bobruisk. We wanted to have a shawarma snack. We saw that there are a lot of points for this franchise and the reviews are mostly positive. BUT, as they say, we have experienced firsthand all the delights of the service of this institution. The order was taken by a girl who was talking to someone on the phone with headphones. We had to wait for her to interrupt the conversation with annoyance and pay attention to us. It was worth leaving even then, but we pretended that nothing bothered us. Heavy music was playing loudly in the restaurant, so it was necessary to repeat the order loudly several times. They did not respond to my suggestion to make the screams in the speakers quieter.
We ordered 2 classic shawarma, onion rings, Cola and 2 coffees. They gave exactly 40 rubles for everything)))
What happened in the end: The shawarma turned out to be sour (probably because of the peroxified cucumbers), my cheekbones were cramping, and the meat was already overcooked in places. Onion rings are dry and harsh. The coffee was tasteless, too hot, in the smallest cups, although the latte is always a bigger serving than espresso...
In short, for 40 rubles we received disgusting service, tasteless food, spoiled mood, gastrointestinal problems for tomorrow...

A fast food outlet, a great shawarma! In addition, burgers, French fries, pancakes, drinks and something else are available! ;) Delicious, fast. The price/quality is consistent! I recommend you to visit! 😊

Is it really such a problem to recruit normal staff and train employees? I ordered a Mexican shawarma. Not only was there no srirachi sauce, but I didn't find a single piece of jalapeno there either. 3 cucumbers , 3 pieces of chicken, that's the whole shawarma. I recommend giving employers more days off for staff, otherwise they look at you with such a face as if you should feed them
