I ordered a minibus from Vilnius airport to Minsk. The plane was postponed for more than 3 hours, I found out about it only at the boarding gate itself. The carrier is not included in the provision, they refuse to transfer the date or return the money. Although everyone on the site responds that they postpone the date if necessary!
