I did a complete oil change in the CVT, the replacement took a long time (about 1.5 hours), as a result, the gearbox began to slip at high engine speeds. I unscrewed the control bolt, it's dry, no oil leaks. I had to add another 600ml of oil and the slips disappeared.
I expected quality from the service, but I got mediocre service and additional problems.

Visually done well , it looks professional , a hard minus is a manager who has not learned how to communicate with clients , the manager 's interest is also at zero , wait three cars for an hour and a half , all the masters sat talking and the cars were standing , what they were standing is not known .

I washed their engine cooling system. The clamps on the pipes were badly clamped, as a result, the antifreeze flowed, the light bulb lit up, I had to eliminate the leak myself on the road and top up the antifreeze. Okay, I was able to do it, and if a person does not understand this, why should he call a tow truck after your washing??? Or the engine will overheat, you will pay for repairs and a tow truck????
The next day, the new antifreeze turned dark, I decided to drain it and see how they washed it. As a result, all the drained antifreeze is dirty, a lot of garbage has merged with antifreeze. They took a lot of money, it's unclear why. Washing their LAVR on the market costs 10 rubles. They wash with tap water, but they need to be distilled. In the end, I wanted to save time, but I ended up with money, because I had to wash everything myself after them and plus buy a new antifreeze, since the one that was new, they poured into a dirty system and ruined it. The way they wash it, it's designed for someone who doesn't understand anything about it, the expansion barrel was washed, the new antifreeze was poured and everything looks beautiful, but in fact the system was dirty inside and remains. This is a 100% deception of the client! I was ready to pay any amount, but that you would do your job efficiently, and not any other way. You don't even have one star for that!!! I really do not recommend this place for flushing the engine cooling system! Just throw money away, and the system will remain dirty as it was!!

It's just a cosmic price tag. After finding out the cost of oil and an oil filter for my car, I decided that no matter what service they offered, I would not go to change the oil.Shell oil may be more expensive than GM, but definitely not by 2 times.The estimate is based on a very high price.
The result is that I went to another place and instead of 340 rubles offered to me for a replacement, I paid 170...

So far, I like everything: polite staff, good waiting conditions, good speed of work. There are quite a lot of cars despite the morning. No need to buy consumables yourself - they have everything. Complete replacement of antifreeze (150₽ only work). There is a sasha there who gave me a concentration in the system that does not stand minus 20 (for our latitudes, the norm is minus 36-40). The hydrometer was not checked by the ML specialist. As soon as I saw the old antifreeze replacement unit, I realized that it would not work without jokes.
Naturally, I changed my mind about changing the oil in the automatic transmission there. The equipment is outdated.
Be ready to sign up....your attitude towards your cars.
I do not recommend it.

Review of the service station "Shell Oil Change Center", Slavinsky 2B.
I went to them to flush the cooling system (polo sedan). The next day, I noticed a puddle of my fresh antifreeze under the car, the pump flowed. I called them, explained the situation, said - come and we will watch. I arrived, the master came out, looked, determined where the leak came from, quote: it flows from under this plastic (before that I looked at where it flows from, there is actually a pump under this plastic), I asked the master, they say, what is under this plastic, maybe the pump has flowed? Answer: the pump seems to be on the other side, I don't know what is here, go to any repairman and see.
Bottom line: since I can't prove that the pump flowed after the services provided (although this is obvious), I don't see any point in complaining to them or anywhere else. They wash with chemistry, I think my case is not an isolated one, they could at least warn that after their chemistry, such a problem may arise. Whether to go to a service station, an employee of which does not know where the pump is on the car, decide for yourself, and if you decide to go, then take the checks and all the order orders (they did not give me a check, but I want to note that I did not ask for it!). There are no questions about the rest, on the same day I made a diagnosis with them, everyone was polite, gave a contact from whom you can fix another problem (not related to the above), but due to the flushing situation, I CATEGORICALLY do not recommend this particular service at this service station!
* For the first time in my life, I write a negative review to someone, but the master (who is engaged in flushing cooling systems) does not know where the pump is on the car - it's tough.

The guys' inadequate reaction to the fact that a woman came to change the oil just killed me. The mocking answer to my question is whether it is possible to change the oil, I was killed -"if the car is warmed up", then it is possible! Are you serious? When the air temperature outside is +30, can the car be unheated? When I drove into the pit to stand and look with a haughty face-will it come or will it not work? Ha, ha, I'm here! And when calculating, the main thing is to pay the money, and give the client's book? It's okay, you'll come back! Honestly, I was uncomfortable! I will definitely change the oil change center.
