I've been using their service for the last 3 years, driving 3 cars to them. I forgave them a lot of mistakes, such as lost caps (the car was only 2 months old), I messed up the wheels (a car with pressure sensors), but the guys tried, they clamped the wheels with a denametric key. Today, the guys showed that their service sucks, they put the wheels on with a wrench. I asked them why they didn't clamp it with a torque wrench - the answer is I've been spinning for 12 years, I'm already cool... It's a pity, we'll have to look for a new tire service.
