I was at the Bump Lounge with friends last weekend. Hookah bars are popular, so it's better to book a table in advance, especially in the evening. The prices are not the cheapest, but the quality of the hookah and food justifies them. The cuisine is varied and delicious, the portions are small. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, the music is not loud, the staff is polite and helpful. In general, the Bump Lounge is a great place to meet friends or have a romantic date.

There are no hoods at all. Hookahs may not be bad, but the smoke is so bad that it hurts the eyes and the neighboring tables are hard to see. There is no desire to have dinner in such an institution.

The cocktail card does not specify the order, the ordered cocktail turned out to be almost a shot, unpleasant! We ordered three tequilas, followed by two more, in the receipt the first three tequilas for 15 rubles, the second for 22, the answer to the question why there was an increase in the price was just over 15, sorry for not warning. Everything seems to be expensive, but in fact it turns out to be cheap. The result: unpleasant sensations with a bitter aftertaste. We won't go any more.

I've booked a table for February 14th for two. At the time of booking, it was visible on the floor plan that 2-3 tables had already been booked for this date. They did not allow booking at the window, referring to the larger number of seats - OK, I booked in the center of the hall. He invited his wife. The next day they called back and said that this table was occupied from 22.00, and all the others were already booked!!! A very strange attitude towards customers.
UPD: a day later they called back, apologized, said the intern was mistaken, offered a table by the window, but already decided to visit another place.

I was at this institution on my birthday with a friend and never regretted that I chose this place. Very tasty food, no less delicious hookah and service from the waiter Ivan left such a good impression that now I continue to visit the Prytytsky Bump, so fortunately it is also near the house. The hookah master took into account all my hookah preferences, the bartender made excellent cocktails, and the waiter did not ignore our table, which is very nice, I did not have to look for it all over the place, as it personally happens in other places, I also want to note that I was congratulated by the festive Napoleon, I did not do this at all I was expecting it. In general, this is now my favorite place 💞

The kitchen is very good. I've never tasted such a grilled chicken anywhere better. Snacks, salads, everything is very decent. But there are also disadvantages. The work of the waiters. We decided to visit the Cones on Prytytsky the day before. We went with my husband, so we booked a table for 2. According to the information on Instagram, the institution proved to be good, but when they came, they were actually very upset. The table is 2 meters per meter. Taking into account the order of food and hookah, there will be no room at all and perhaps not even enough. Moreover, you are sitting between two sofas where people are also resting, so another of the chairs stands so that your gaze is just directed at the wall, somehow it's not OK to look at it all evening. In general, they didn't even try anything , they couldn't change anything for us, so they immediately left ... the owners of the establishment, think about a more comfortable layout

It's a terrible place. The waiters forget about the customers, they were sitting in the VIP room, the deposit was 700 rubles, the VIP room was just in the corner in the open hall, there was a TV that dazzled the whole evening. They asked to turn it off 5 times, but they didn't do it. when they asked for gamepads to play, there were only 2 of them for the entire establishment. the food is more or less. they said that the VIP room was designed for 10 people, barely eight people got in, two were sitting on chairs. why say that it is comfortable for 10 people, if in fact it is 6.
Cocktails were prepared for 30 minutes.
I won't come here anymore and I won't advise others

I'll sum it up right away: in my opinion, it's a top institution. Yes, maybe they were not at peak time, so everything was at the highest level. I will say separately about the hookah: while it is the leader among all establishments, no one has "survived" for so long and with taste. All hookahs are new, this is most likely what played its role. Special thanks to the unobtrusive and polite staff, all with a smile and a good mood. A great place for a spiritual pastime!

Unfortunately, the motto of this place has become: "How lucky." We decided on July 21 to spontaneously take a look at the hookah after training. They said that there were no seats, except for a VIP table with a deposit of 200 rubles. There were 5 of us — the deposit is not a problem. We were placed at a table, asked if we needed joysticks for the console, we said no. The VIP tables have their own TV and there was a pepsi commercial on pause on ours. About half an hour later, Shishka's art director came up to us and put some kind of beach visual on the screen, for which I thank him very much. After 5 minutes, a waiter came up to us with a terminal and wrote off the deposit, after which he left somewhere without accepting the order, although we were ready to make it. As a result, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes before the same waiter came up to us and took the order (why couldn't this be done when writing off the deposit?). The hookah master has not even come up to this point yet) Further, the service was not bad, but, for example, for the girls who ordered a pornstar cocktail, they did not bring passion fruit spoons. The cutlet in the cheeseburger this time was completely different from the first time I tried this dish in a Cone. Obviously different meat (worse), as the roasting and appearance did not differ. Again: you can sit, but you don't have to do it once. From the latest jokes: we wanted to come to Shishka on July 29, but there were no seats, again, except for the VIP table, there were 7 of us and it was stated on the phone that the deposit was 100 rubles per person. What?! It doesn't seem to be an institution on Zybitskaya or even a Bump on Dzerzhinsky, where there is a party-party, but a lounge-an institution where there is nothing to do except smoke hookah, drink, eat and communicate. Why such a financial dropout? Why a week ago the deposit was 200 rubles per table, and now it is 100 rubles per person. Riddle. Well, the institution lost its 300-400 rubles for 1.5 hours of gatherings. We eventually went to another place.
We visited the Bump on Prytytsky for the second time yesterday (see the visit for June 10 below). We booked a table for two (in vain). We came, we were seated at... a table for two. It was located at the end of the supporting column, sandwiched between two sofas. The chairs are arranged with the letter "G". One person is sitting with his back to the back of the next sofa, the other with his back to the aisle. This did not suit us, we saw that there were free tables for two on the terrace. We moved there. But this option did not suit us either. Firstly, there are sofas for companies on the side. The distance is literally half a meter, so you can hear everything the neighbors are talking about + noise, din, screams and laughter. Cars rumbling outside the window from the Green parking lot also add to the atmosphere (there is just a speed bump and not everyone runs over it carefully. There was no need to talk about any "lounge" in this case. Secondly, a very small table. They brought us a hookah and it took up 70% of the table, the plates would definitely not fit yet. There are no hangers, there is nowhere to hang a bag or a woman's jacket. This table is ideal for one person, but certainly not for a couple. Another point is related to the fact that we managed to order a hookah and it was even brought to us (by the way, exactly what we asked for, but the hookah man did not offer anything from himself, although he could have mixed something interesting), but the waiter never approached us during all this time. Unable to stand the wait, I approached the host (I must say that the young man was as contact as possible, polite and generally worked properly — respect to him), asked to transfer us to the sofa and informed us that our order had not been accepted. The problem was solved, as a result we sat down on the sofa, our order was accepted and from that moment on the evening continued exclusively in a positive way. Namely: they brought us a compliment for waiting (two tinctures — strong, cool; one of the most delicious tinctures that I have tried). The hookah, like last time, was smoked with a bang, was updated in a timely manner, etc. They ordered Italian meat for cocktails and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger is bombic: the meat is cooked perfectly, as are the French fries to go with it. There was another roughness in terms of cocktails: they ordered southside and whiskey sour. The waiter apparently did not hear and brought a white Russian sour instead of whiskey. The cocktail was replaced, after that they apologized and said that the next one was on the house. They didn't cheat. In this regard, I liked the attitude towards customers and the desire to make amends for a problematic situation. One unpleasant moment was that we were sitting on the couch and looking directly at the bar, so we saw the showdown between the waiter and the administrator, most likely about our situation) Perhaps the administrator did not like that the waiter promised a drink at the expense of the establishment, because we had already been complimented, albeit for a different situation. But these are our guesses. Anyway, at some point, when my wife was choosing a cocktail for herself, the receptionist came up to us and offered her help in choosing. Everything was very friendly and it felt like the staff really wanted our evening to go well) I liked the pair (guitar-vocals) at the musical performance: good songs, pleasant voice, professional accompaniment. The DJ after that was not bad either, although the music did not always correspond to the concept of "lounge". We will come again, there may be something else to add.
It was on June 10 (on the night of 11), right after the LCH. The staff is a bit fussy, but polite. They ordered drinks, a beer set, waited for quite a long time; they ordered whiskey and three glasses, brought two — the third again had to wait a considerable time. The hookah turned out to be good, smoked for a long time, but they brought it to us with one disposable mouthpiece, which the hookah man fished out of his pocket (thanks for being packed). There were 4 of us, so I had to ask them to bring additional mouthpieces). By the way, the mouthpieces are standard, but they are difficult to put on, we meet this for the first time) The tube was also attached on my word of honor, it flew out several times, although we did not twist it too much. At some point, the hookah died instantly, we had already buried it, but the hookah man said that he was resuscitating it and he really succeeded, moreover, as if they had not smoked it before for more than an hour. Respect for that. When the beer set was brought, they found that there were no napkins on the table, we had to ask the waiter for them additionally. I.e., for some reason there was no organizer on our table) When it was brought, there were additional mouthpieces. At some point, they discovered that there was a DJ in the hall. Its purpose has remained a mystery, because the music is exclusively background, quiet and does not create any atmosphere. In general, the place is interesting for a relaxing holiday: to smoke a hookah in a measured way, drink something alcoholic, and then go somewhere else to dance and have fun) The kitchen has not been particularly tasted yet (it works until 2 a.m.), as well as the cocktail menu, we will definitely go in again.

The hotel attracted attention only as it is located close to the shopping center. The restaurant is not bad (ordered in the room) but inside it is very uncomfortable, because there is also a ring. The rooms are stuffy, except for towels there is nothing. (towels for 3 days) .breakfast was waited for more than an hour and it was just a pity for two waiters . And funny. Well, maybe they worked there for the first time...🤷♀️.

This is the worst VIP we've ever been in. The waiters hardly approached us at all, although they approached the usual tables 10 times. All requests were ignored. 5 times they asked to turn off the TV, no one cared. They asked for the bill 4 times and waited for 30 minutes. I had to remind you about the drinks several times.
The dish was too greasy.
Only the raf is delicious.

We were in this place on 06/10/2023, the service was terrible, we had never met such an indifferent waiter before, we came at 22.45 somewhere, the waiter was asked to call a hookah man, after 20 minutes of waiting, when the order was already brought according to the menu, we were reminded once again about the hookah man that he never came, a couple came to the next table, they too we began to wait when the waiting time was already 40 minutes, and at the next table 20 minutes, I went to the administrator, after that only five minutes later the hookah man came up, it feels like the waiter did not convey either our request or the request of the next table, there were no warnings from the waiter that the waiting time could reach up to 45 minutes, the hookah was brought in the end after 20 minutes, normal, but there was no chill that was asked for. After sitting in the restaurant until one o'clock in the morning, they asked for the bill, the waitress came up after 2 minutes to clarify with a card or cash, we said that with a card and she left again for 15 minutes to bring the bill, without bringing it, we got up from the table and went to the exit, where this waitress was near the reception table and SURPRISINGLY but she already had our account in her hands, that is, she walked with it and just did not carry it, but stood near the administration. So I have never seen such an attitude towards guests from the waiters. Only the receptionist saved the overall impression of the service, attentive and polite

It was 03.02, we ordered one hookah, but it was smoked before that. The air in the establishment is soaked with hookah, it is impossible to breathe. I had to go outside. The food was ordered in advance, but cocktails, and most importantly just beer, were carried for a long time! I liked the live music, the acoustics are good, overall good, but there are zero hoods!

It was very unpleasant and incorrect on the part of the institution. I don't understand why they can't provide a basic level of service and didn't even bother to apologize for their mistake.
