Here you can eat very quickly, they cook in just 5 minutes. You can choose the size of the noodles, and it's fun. And watching noodles being cooked is a separate kind of entertainment. The ramen itself is very reminiscent of the Vietnamese pho bo, the difference is in noodles. There are a lot of variations, of course, and there is such a recipe, BUT I wanted to see a soup different from pho, like in sakaguchi or noodles. But these are just my expectations.

The ramen is very tasty.
But there is simply no service. The cashier (curly-haired guy) constantly turns away when he says something, which is strange against the background of loud music. At the same time, it is unclear whether something is telling you or not. The faces look like they've been working for three days without a break. I want to ask if something has happened.
Today, ramen was made without daikon, which is prescribed in the composition. When I asked why without and why they did not immediately warn me that it would not be, the girl replied that it was not the main ingredient, it was over and it was not necessary to put it))))) There is never any kimchi in the evening.
I recommend a similar place in the Gallery. It's definitely better there.
There are 5 points for ramen, even 1 point is a lot for service.

The wok is delicious, of course, but this is clearly not the case when you were driving purposefully for ramen, and you were mistakenly punched in the wok.
The service leaves much to be desired. The cashier did not specify whether she accepted the order correctly, just punched as she understood (incorrectly).

Great ramen. Very tasty, fast and satisfying. The Chinese cook, the broth is awesome, noodles can be chosen in different thicknesses. It's great to drink broth when you have a cold, sweat breaks through.

We bought ramen with Chinese kimchi for 18 rubles. It's just a huge portion! My husband barely finished, I didn't finish a little less than half. It is very tasty and very satisfying. It's really delicious! They have their own noodles, they make them in front of their eyes. Everyone who works there practically does not speak Russian.
