A young adequate team.

The service is good, the staff is polite. The bathroom leaves much to be desired. In the room where we stayed for 2 days, the glass shelf on the sink in the bathroom was located so low that I touched it with my forehead several times while washing.

The bed was dirty, that is, the linen was in someone else's hair, eyelashes and crumbs. They didn't change it corny, but just laid it out.
There are no hangers in the closet
One cup per family room
The toilet seat is not fixed, it just lies there, you sit down and slide off
The room and bathroom are cold, and the bathroom itself smells damp
I do not recommend the hotel
One of the advantages: a good unsealed mattress.

A chic hotel, very polite staff, most importantly responsible and responsive.
Nice cozy rooms. We lived with our family. And the breakfast buffet is something.
There are separate family rooms. The mattresses are super. Thank you Shosh Palace Hotel! We will definitely come back.

The room was clean, but there was a smell of cigarettes! There was no toilet paper. On the downside , there is no refrigerator . The bed is nice, big, comfortable, the linen is clean. The room is large. A shelf was broken in the shower . There is also a phone, but it does not work (it is not even connected to the telephone wire), but in general everything is fine. Breakfast is normal.
