The service is top class. They do everything quickly and with a smile. Files are always given out, even when you don't ask. And then they will give you a candy for a good mood.
A very pleasant place. 9/10
The only drawback is that only 1 person works there, and sometimes this person gets sick. You only find out about it after you arrive at the place. It's a little unpleasant, but everything can be understood. Understand and forgive. :)

They let me down very much. The opening hours were indicated from 7.30. I found this center through Yandex maps, as working early in the morning. I had to print out the documents before the start of the court session at 9.00. As a result, this center did not open at 8.30. No one answered the phones indicated on the glass. I lost time because of this center. I didn't have time to find something else in this area. I came to the meeting without an important proof. I lost the trial. I think that if the owner sets the working time, then you need to follow it. And not to let your customers down. Carelessness and irresponsibility!
