We liked it! A cozy small area with a swimming pool + 2 children's pools, excellent animation, 2 slides, a chic restaurant with a huge amount of different food, all kinds of bars with different drinks, wonderful rooms☺
Yes, there is no huge territory of a 5* hotel familiar to many tourists, but this does not make the hotel worse! Very friendly staff, friendly 🤗 Just a wonderful sea with a sandy sloping entrance, the best for children 🤗

We were in November 2024. I liked everything, except for the price, of course)))). Clean, cozy, large lobby with a terrace. Not everyone had enough space in the evening, but we went to the hall where discos, karaoke and everything else were held (there are tables and a bar). By the way, while it was warm, (in autumn) all the events were held outside by the campfire. The staff is polite and smiling. The receptionist immediately changed the room without any problems, the waiters are hugged like relatives when meeting people who do not come for the first time. Animators don't know Russian very well, but they try. The girl does well with children. They cook deliciously, they are very happy when you ask for additives and praise the chefs. The indoor pool is warm, but for some reason it's cold in the hammam, and they don't want to turn it on. It's not far from the sea. There are seals all around (there is one fluffy beauty, and the eyes have moved down to the bridge of the nose)), you will see hello))). The beach is relatively clean. People are constantly migrating along the edge of the sea, some even run. The Temple of Apollo is a 20-minute walk away. Go to the sunset- the photos are very beautiful. Germans dance great in pairs to fast music. But we taught them how to dance)). It was wonderful! The main mood.

A very nice, cozy hotel. It is a small area, but it is enough for recreation, 7 minutes to the sea, the food is excellent. Mostly Germans are resting, the animation is in German, respectively, sometimes Russian slips through. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the staff is very polite. The city line is only a plus for us. It was possible to walk along the Side. The old town is within walking distance, which made me happy

We are located in this hotel. We arrived on 08/06/2024 at 3 a.m. They immediately sent me to eat, there are places of rest next to the restaurant, the sofas are very comfortable) and we slept on them until the morning. In the morning we had breakfast and went to wait for check-in, although we could have changed clothes and gone to the sea. What happened to the rooms and we were offered instead of two (3-bed and 2-bed) one two-room suite with a terrace on the condition that after two nights they would give us another double. We agreed. We were already checked in at 11:00. Then they gave us a second room, though not on the same floor as promised, but it didn't matter to us. The food is good, of course you can always find fault, not all the dishes have gone in (but not all have tried)), but you will not be hungry. Meat is always different, fish every day, there were crayfish, seafood, but sushi is not worth eating, it is not tasty at all. We drank wine and beer, everything was very decent.
There is a bomb at the location, we walked around everything. On the one hand, the old town (we walked for 30 minutes), on the other, a river with turtles (1 hour), a Novamol store to the city center, and next to it a waterfall (this is Manavgat, we walked min45). A little closer there is a good shop with sweets and things (everything was bought there), the Guide will tell you about them.
Very polite staff, few people speak Russian, but they learn very quickly). Yuri is at the reception, who will help with any question. Thank him very much. I had a doctor, the hotel congratulated me with wine, fruits and swans from towels. Thank you all very much! Have a good rest!

I liked the hotel! The room was bright and clean with a sea view. The territory is clean, the staff is attentive and polite. There was enough food for everything, everything is quite tasty! There was a very large selection of fruits: strawberries, two types of apples, peaches, nectarines, grapefruit, oranges, apricots, watermelon, melon. Ice cream all day starting at 10 a.m. is also 5-7 types, very tasty.
The beach is sandy, clean, there were always enough places for us, we went at 8-9 in the morning. There is a good shallow entrance to the sea for children.
If someone has a direct request for animation for the hotel, then it is there, but it is too weak, especially for children. Although it may not have been considered a very good season yet ...05/28/05-5.06, but the hotel is already full. Good location, close to shops, 15-20 minutes walk to Waikiki, near the old town.

Positive:
1) The food is great - there is a lot of it, it is delicious. Small queues at the stem on

3) The embankment nearby is super, there is a street with shops, near migros, a101. There is a place to buy souvenirs/something household
Disadvantages:
1) Paid safe - 2 euros per day.
2) WiFi, there are 2 networks. One is free - there is no speed, only to update the news. The video does not load / wait only at 360p. Paid - the price was not recognized.
It is better to pre-order a SIM card online at Vodafone and pick it up at the airport counter. Here, SIM cards on the street are unreasonably expensive. 20 euros for 20 GB
3) Once with a room, paid with a sea view. We settled with a sea view of 10% of the total view. After mildly outraged at the reception, they were given a normal room.
Conclusion:
Great hotel, I would come again. I liked it even more than in Antalya. A typical all inclusive in Turkey, as it should be.

A good 5-star hotel. Excellent location: it's really quite a bit to go to the sea by a pleasant road, access to your sandy beach, the sea is clean, there are sun beds in the garden next to the sea, drinks and ice cream. A beautiful endless promenade along the sea, lots of cafes and bars with live music. The promenade rests on the antique Side. This is a separate wonderful story! I recommend it to everyone. The territory of the hotel itself is clean and beautiful, the staff is polite, neat and attentive. I did a massage at the SPA. This is a paid service. The only thing they paid for at the hotel, and I didn't regret a second! Masseuse Helena is a great master, an osteopath, knows various techniques. Super! Yes, in the hotel, as in the whole Side, mostly Germans rest. About 80%. Perhaps the only drawback of the hotel is the poor animation: nightly entertainment programs like "Come on, girls!", music from the 70s, in German and in Russian... I don't know, maybe someone likes it. And for the rest, it turned out to be a wonderful vacation!

I am currently resting at this hotel. It's wonderful here in December. There is everything for relaxation. The room is large, with 2 balconies, in fact almost like 2 rooms. There is a bed in one, 2 armchairs in the second, a partition with a TV in the center. The food is varied and plentiful. The buffet. A la carte restaurants are closed in winter. The hotel staff is very pleasant, they communicate sincerely. I was pleased with the warm pool and sauna. Even in winter, you can splash around. There are 1 more children's and 1 adult swimming pools and 2 separate water slides on the territory. I would come back here again.

We had a rest in early October 2024. We chose a hotel from those offered by the agent. The composition of the travelers: two adults and a child. The choice fell on this hotel according to reviews: there was no rotovirus, there were foreigners (Tagil residents, sorry), a gentle sandy entrance to the sea, the price is acceptable, if it is generally applicable to prices now :))
Pros:
The weather (sun and warmth) ; the sea is excellent (clean); the entrance to the sea is gently sloping sandy (super for children); the hotel is basically clean; the food is good (breakfast is probably a little meager, but there are no complaints at all for lunch and dinner); the service is good (almost everyone is friendly); the Turkish children's animator, in general, a person is gold (loves children and knows how to approach them) thanks to her; the view of the sea and the old town is excellent (the hotel is on a hill); there is a promenade nearby where you can walk / run and the old town is within walking distance.
Disadvantages or what can be improved: A German boarding house, a lot of flabby-looking German old men.
The rooms require cosmetic repairs; in the evening and before 2 a.m. there can be a very loud disco/karaoke on the street and you can't sleep with the window open; the hotel is on the second line, and it's a little dark to go to the beach in the evening; there is almost no snack after dinner and before breakfast, there is night cream soup and bread; free alcohol is only local (white wine/ beer is OK); the beach at the hotel is small, and if you want to take a sunbed, then you need to go before or immediately after breakfast; there is no iron, or you will be ironed for euros, take a steamer with you.
In general, we liked the rest, the hotel is not super / duper, but it is clear that the management does not care. I would probably come here again.

I really liked the big, cozy hotel.
We were settled at 13h, the room is on the 1st floor, large. They cleaned every day, changed towels, brought water, coffee and tea.
The restaurant is big.
The food is varied and very tasty
A pastry shop is open from 12 to 17h, they bake very tasty waffles in it, and you can also eat ice cream.
Near the pool, they bake national gozleme tortillas with a filling to choose from, very tasty.
The beach is just a fairy tale, the entrance is very convenient, there are always enough sun beds, there is also a bar.
The staff is friendly and tries very hard

We took a room with a sea view, we didn't regret it, it's a pure thrill. The balcony is large. A varied and refined menu. Everything was on top - the room was spacious, the shower room was comfortable (not small). Food and drinks - 10/10. The hotel area is small, but there are sun beds on the beach from the hotel + a kitchen with snacks and drinks, open until 16.00. Opposite the construction site, sometimes you can hear loud noises. Side himself is amazing! There is a long embankment, there is a place to walk. There are shops and a market nearby, there is a place to buy souvenirs. I love Turkey, this hotel was the best I've ever been to.

The Side Prenses Resort Hotel & SPA 5* disappointed. We had a rest in September 2023. The only advantage of the hotel is its location. We lived in room 1008, the furniture and plumbing are very shabby, but in working condition. From the ventilation on the ceiling, from 5 o'clock in the morning, it began to stink of food, the smell in the room all day and until the middle of the night was simply disgusting (the whole vacation was "lived in the kitchen"). The Turks refused to change our room + there was no help at all from the Russian-speaking guy at the reception. Moreover, most of our tourists are accommodated in terrible rooms, someone swears with the staff, someone pays extra. But for such a ticket price and with a paid room with a sea view, we did not "bribe".
Animation at the hotel was carried out mainly in two languages: English and GERMAN, in general, everything in the hotel is for Germans-they are a priority! Well, only Germans would be accommodated in the hotel, what's the problem?!
There is a huge amount of food in the hotel, but it is not delicious (the problem with fish dishes: every day there was overcooked fish, similar to mackerel). A lot of food is "eaten" later on other days. Apparently, because of this, we got poisoned in the last days of our vacation, it's good that there are pharmacies near the hotel. Another unpleasant moment is that the Germans have staff occupying tables at dinner, because by the beginning of dinner there is a full house and no place to sit (and we have nowhere to sit with full plates!).
I don't know where the rave reviews about the hotel come from (bought?), we bought into them. But I don't recommend the Side Prenses Resort Hotel & SPA 5* to anyone.

A decent hotel, we are coming to it for the second time. The first time was in 2014, when it was brand new. From the sea on foot min 7, i.e. 3 line. It is located on a hill. Private beach, bar next to the beach (drinks and snacks are included in the price). Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge. We were a family in early August. The sea is clear, the entrance is flat, the bottom is without stones. The hotel has a typical Turkish animation in the evenings. The diet is varied. The room was comfortable with a terrace overlooking the sea and the pool. The only disadvantage is that the room was not cleaned often, I had to ask. The rest was a success, I recommend it.

We checked in the third time and that's because we were very tired and agreed to a more or less similar room that we paid for. The room cleaning was disgusting, they took tea, changed towels and that's it, on the 5th day she took the linen from the cart in the corridor and changed the bed, there were no bathrobes, I went to a massage in the morning, I really needed it..One plus is good, delicious food, a wonderful promenade for a walk because the hotel does not have its own territory at all and I did not really want to be there...Definitely, I will not go to this hotel for the second time, I do not recommend it to my friends, the declared 5 stars do not correspond to the weak 3 ... Overall, a good hotel, a good pool, the sea is nearby, the food is mostly delicious, you can always find something to eat.
Of the cons: evening shows (as if I got there 15 years ago, where the "animator" walks with his feet on the glass), people smoke everywhere, absolutely everywhere, it is impossible to breathe, the rooms as a whole will do, but the furniture is already "tired", the pillows are hard and high, it was very hard to sleep, the mattress is also very hard. The Internet is free only in the lobby and pool (very weak), everything else is for money. Juices and other drinks are very chemical, unnatural. In the spa, cheapness is very noticeable in everything: in furniture and cosmetics.
The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Annoying staff only from the shops that rent space in this hotel: they came up every day and forced them to buy fur coats and sheepskin coats.
I would give this hotel a rating of 4-.

The rest in June at this hotel was excellent, delicious food, varied, a good room with a beautiful view of the sea, we were cleaned every day, there were enough places on the beach, a good area on the sea with grass, sun beds and a bar with food, animation was every day, completely clean.
The hotel has only a pool area with sun beds from its territory, but it is well located in the city, there are shops and cafes, on the beach there is immediately a walking street to the old town, ruins and benches, that is, there are always places to walk.
Instead of excursions, we rented a car 2 times, drove through all the places of interest to us during the day, went to the Taza Canyon - very beautiful, not far away. There are no problems with renting, there are from the hotel, there are cheaper locals, we took from the hotel for security reasons.
The flight was postponed 5 times, the hotel goes to a meeting, but we need to track everything ourselves, because you may not be warned about the postponements, we found out everything ourselves (we monitored the arrival airport scoreboard and the departure airport scoreboard).
The Internet is free in the lobby and on the territory, I also bought and paid for a room for 2 euros per day, it is convenient that it clearly counts down the day from the moment of payment, you can buy for convenient periods. You pay later at the reception at the check-out.

The territory of the hotel is small and compact, there are indoor pools, outdoor children's and adults, a pool with Slides. Reception area,lobby looks beautiful,with good furniture,light. The territory of the hotel is small at all, not the first line! We go to the beach across the street, then the promenade and the beach, it's 400 meters. because of this location, the beach bar closed with the water around six o'clock. Then go to the store next to the bar for water, so as not to die of thirst. A foot hose and two low-pressure showers to wash the sand off after the sea, so there is always a queue. The sea and sand are good. The beach area itself is average. There is no beach volleyball. The sunbeds are tired . There is animation, but weak. A good spa, the girl who gave me a massage course gave me a good back rub. They would have returned here, probably not. We didn't have enough service and territory.

There are a lot of delicious and different desserts. To the sea 2 min. Your own beach. There is a bar on the beach and excellent wi-fi. There is a swimming pool on site. They clean it every day. There is also a heated pool for children in the SPA area. There is a SPA area with a sauna. The gym, but the exercise equipment is old. We stayed at the hotel in August. In general, I liked everything: polite staff, no decriminalization, as many write, did not notice, the room was wonderful for a small reward, for which I thank the employee at the reception (I do not remember the name). The beach is not far, 4 minutes from the elevator, the road is pleasant, no cars, the beach itself was very pleased, there were always enough sunbeds, the entrance to the sea is gentle, only from the side of the hotel on the right Horus Paradise there were stones, but opposite our hotel and the Sirma on the left the bottom is wonderful.
The food is average. Everything is not bad in principle, but the grill was not very well cooked. But baklava is very tasty, the tongue is perfectly cooked, veal.
The location is also convenient, it's nearby, you didn't have to be bored in the evening.
In short, the hotel left pleasant memories. We will recommend it to unassuming tourists.

The staff is well-trained, friendly, unobtrusive.
The food is delicious, varied, and did not get tired in 10 days. There are a lot of cheeses, there is even a semblance of our sour cream, which is rare abroad. Good coffee, delicious milk. Juices are chymosine.
There are a lot of vegetables, there are always fresh cucumbers-radishes-tomatoes-greens. Different types of meat preparation - without pork, of course, but beef-chicken-turkey in abundance. Every evening there is a criminally huge variety of desserts and cakes, you definitely won't be able to lose weight here. (((
You can only drink beer from alcohol. Wines - only if diluted with water, cocktails - in my opinion - just vodka with different syrups. You can order a paid - 5 euro glass. We haven't tried the rest.
Due to the fact that the season had not really started, some bars were closed. You can't take beer on the beach, just tea-coffee-water. The beach is clean, has its own beach boy, brings mattresses, helps to open an umbrella, removes garbage. There are no merchants. Only the grandmother is a bit hoarse and has beads, but she is modest and quickly understands when to fuck off. The entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable,
It is better not to plan a vacation, where the date of March 21 falls. In Arab countries, Nowruz is celebrated from this day and for a week, many families go to celebrate this business in hotels. We were unlucky with the mass arrival of several dozen Iranian tourists: noisy, ill-mannered, their arrogant children piss in the pool, take other children's toys without asking. discos have been honed only to their music all week. At the bar in the evenings, their noisy companies drowned out the German guffaw. There are few Russians here, but it's a pity, otherwise they would have been shown. One of the disadvantages is the huge number of constantly smoking German pensioners. Cigarette smoke is everywhere, even in the dining room on the balcony. They even eat with cigarettes in their teeth, brrr.
The hotel has a very small territory, there is no greenery, there is nowhere to walk around it, but this is compensated by the proximity of the most beautiful promenade, We walked along it for about 45 minutes to the ancient city (to the temple of Apollo), but since there are a lot of cafes along the way, there is somewhere to relax.
Souvenirs and gifts are better to buy in Managvat, on the hotel shopping street, everything is for euros, with rounding not in our favor.
In general, the hotel is for a solid four, with a good five-star bid - it depends on the cost of the tour. We arrived on a direct flight from St. Petersburg, 10 days all inclusive for two cost 160 K. They would not have given more expensive, even in the season.

We were in early June. Overall, it's not bad. The hotel needs renovation, of course. The food was delicious and varied, there was enough of everything. The trouble with the beach is it's small. At 11 there were no free sunbeds on the sand. And another separate song is pillows. Tall and tough. They couldn't sleep on them, so they bought pillows for themselves in Migros. Room cleaning is lame: the garbage will not be taken out, then the bed will not be changed. There is dust under the beds. And this is with a tip. But the location is great and the sea is great, you can close your eyes to the rest.

In general, I liked everything! The food is varied and delicious. Animation in the evenings is weak, before that a year ago we were at the OZ side hotel, their evening animation (shows and performances) was at a higher level, as well as the overall food production, but the price for it is already more expensive this time. The beach is nice. The rooms are simple. The staff is polite and friendly. A nice little gym. The sauna and hammam seemed weak. Look at the money. There are more interesting hotels, but at a higher cost.
