We bought a vape in this place once, we also put a couple of devices into trade-in, bonuses were told to be listed the next day, but this did not stop us from buying a new vape on the same day (there were not so many bonuses for 3 devices, as we were told in another signet) The girl answered the question "how many bonuses from the trade-in will be stored on the card?" she replied that she did not remember that the bonuses from the card had gone somewhere))) As a result, we come to another signet in a couple of weeks or a month and they tell us that we have 1p bonuses), and this despite the fact that we handed over the vape and bought a new one)) in general, there is a complete incompetence of the staff in the network of this store, we no longer go there.
