I did hair coloring in this salon at Ksenia's, my hair got a chemical burn from the amount of time it took to apply the paint, I gave a lot of money, as a result, my hair was ruined and now I need a lot of money to restore it! I want to tell you about my experience in order to warn others against mistakes. I signed up for this VIP salon for a vacuum roller facial massage, the procedure was more or less normal, my face turned red, which is the norm after such a massage, but...A few hours later, bruises and bruises like hickeys appeared on my face and neck...Imagine this situation... and tomorrow I had to go to my mom's anniversary..And I have an important meeting in a day....In short, everything went on for 4 days and these days I fell out of my personal and business life. But the most amazing thing is that when I called the salon and complained to the administrator, except for the phrase - we are very sorry, nothing....No one even offered to refund the money for the procedure....So much for the VIP salon
