Nice pool! Modern, not a lot of people. The only way to enter the complex is a separate quest: you can take a taxi to get from the parking lot to the entrance!

The place for competition is good and for training too, you can practice all kinds of sports, including throwing, there is a mini stall on the watch, there is a bathroom, the cons are that the toilets are not always clean, but everything is fine.
