Very mixed impressions. We visited the restaurant as part of the gastrofest. The food is great! Everything is delicious, satisfying, and beautiful! But the staff clearly couldn't cope with the workload. The order was delivered quickly, and then the waitress was just waiting. Probably, for 40 minutes they did not bring us the drinks ordered additionally. However, they brought it with a compliment later. I really hope that the sluggishness of the staff was solely due to the influx of customers. In general, it is possible and necessary to visit this place. Anyway, I will give the institution at least one more chance)))

I'm not completely happy with the place. We were a company of 8 people. The service is sooo long! Some simple dishes were served 45 minutes after ordering. Part of the menu is missing. The waiters are friendly and helpful.

The service is disgusting. We made an order consisting of 2 portions of pancakes. We waited an hour. No one came up to clarify the reason for the delay and apologize. She invited the waiter using the set call button. No one reacted. I came up to find out the terms of readiness myself. The receptionist, instead of apologizing and explaining, said: "Are you in a hurry?!"
At the same time, hot dishes were brought out to other tables that came much later than us.
Our order was delivered 5 minutes after my reminder. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the situation from the staff. I highly recommend not to visit. It's delicious, but the staff completely kills the impression of the kitchen.

I came to Minsk on vacation from Russia. Well, the entourage is also at the institution "for an amateur." I was sitting on the veranda, it was terribly smoky, the slightly open windows did not help ventilation. The table is dirty, no one tries to clean the crumbs from the furrows of the table.
