Yes, everything is fine, and there is a choice, and the staff is polite. That's just in the evening, one ticket office is always open, well, 2 at most. You come off shift, tired as a dog, go in for a loaf of bread, and stand in line for half an hour, waiting for the cashiers to sort out the baskets. In general, I have never seen all the cash registers working at once. Somehow it is necessary to solve the issue with the staff, this is not the case.
