I have stayed at this hotel more than once, only a good impression. There are friendly receptionists at the entrance, a free buffet breakfast with a large selection in the morning, and large, cozy, clean double rooms. They also give you a card to the SPA (sauna, swimming pool, gym) in the evening after a busy day. It helps a lot. I advise everyone!!!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Convenient location in the city center. I didn't really like the breakfasts, they are absolutely identical every day. If you stay in a hotel for a couple of days, then this is tolerable, but if you live for 3-5 days, it will cause a big problem. The sausages were of poor quality, as in Turkish hotels made of soy or something similar, some food trays were not heated (apparently broken or not connected). The most important thing that shocks me for the second time is the paid coffee for breakfast! The price is a small 550 tenge (110 rubles), but I have never seen this ANYWHERE! I don't seem to feel sorry for these 110 rubles, but it feels like coffee was spared for me. It's not a bad hotel, but there is a lot to grow.

The hotel is new, has its own Parking, conveniently located, 1.5 - 2 km to the Dostyk shopping center and the market. The room is clean, odorless, well-lit. Breakfast is a buffet, without variety, but everything you need to eat, the prices in the restaurant are slightly more expensive than in urban cafes. Friendly administrators, respond quickly to requests and are always ready to help and prompt. I apologize for the photo I took before leaving.

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need for a temporary stay. The staff is polite, the attitude is friendly. A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The food is cooked deliciously, there is a choice. If someone is going to Petropavlovsk and does not know where to stay, I recommend the Skif hotel. It is located in the city center, there is a parking lot in the courtyard.

A great hotel. Everything is clean: pastel linen, towels, bathrobes. The carpets on the floor are also clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious and quite varied (pancakes, omelets, pies, baursaks, porridges, cheesecakes, fruits, vegetables, etc.). The staff is polite. The mini bar is also varied, but at a separate cost. The water is free to drink. Parking for a car is free of charge.

This is not the first time we have stayed in Skif. Suits everything. Location. Service. The rooms were of different classes. There are bathrobes, hair dryer, brushes, safe, mini fridge. Here we did not have enough dishes in the standard - there are no spoons, forks. I recommend it anyway.

I can say the following:

1. The price includes spa and fitness.
2. They say that this is the best hotel in the city. (I will definitely check next time if there is such an opportunity).
3. The soap dish is in abundance.

1. I stopped twice and every time something happened (then the bed miraculously gets dirty and they are forced to pay for the linen, then the larva of the lock from the outside miraculously turns out to have turned out that even the key does not fit. Maybe I'm just so lucky.
2. Breakfasts are scarce, you can find something to eat, but with difficulty. Scrambled eggs and a paper sausage every day. Instant coffee only, pay separately for coffee from the coffee machine.
3. In the room at night, even with the light it is dark.

We stayed for one night, everything was fine in general. We visited the sauna, but the pool failed, because they require hats) We left early, and we packed breakfast with us, very hearty, good. The room itself is not bad, large, but empty, you can arrange balls. It would be worth putting some kind of table at least, there is nowhere even for two to eat in the room: we ordered dinner in the room, somehow placed it on the chest of drawers under the TV, and there was only one chair, and we ate standing up)

I liked the hotel. Very comfortable. The girl at the reception is very friendly.
Of the disadvantages:
1. There is only 1 bag of shampoo and 1 shower gel in the room. How to take a shower 2 times in the evening and in the morning? Unclear.
2. The shower in my room (219) is not working. The faucet is working and you can dial water into the bathtub, but it does not switch to the shower
3. I will join the previous comment. The restaurant staff is completely unprofessional. They tried to force some kind of salad on me instead of the one I ordered with the phrase:
- "We wrote it down and what should we delete it now?"
The waiter did not even ask me the room number where to bring food. So I'm sure she could have written something wrong.

One of the two best hotels in Petropavlovsk. Cleanliness and comfort. Snow-white bed linen, the mattress is soft as a feather bed, there are all necessary accessories. The choice of a minibar is just super, and the prices are so reasonable that there is no point in going to the store. The breakfast is good, it's a pity that the coffee is paid. The accommodation includes access to the SPA and fitness center: there is a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, it is a pity that there is no time to visit it often. Regarding the restaurant, the choice is not very large, prices have been raised, unfortunately, and the taste is not the best, it is better to look for other places for dinner. There is a discount card for accommodation.
