We wanted to have a great time and relax, but we got disappointed and froze. The administrator managed to spoil the impression from the very first minutes of the visit. Did you have a birthday? A few days ago, if it's been two days, that's your problem. In general, it's okay, but you can say it politely. If the owner of the establishment cares about the reputation, teach your staff etiquette, subordination and basic politeness. If you don't have warm clothes or a long jacket, that's your problem! you will freeze on an open map. Either wear a suit (which is not known when it was washed), or freeze at speed in the map. And you can also enjoy sweaty helmets. If you didn't understand the safety precautions in two minutes, that's your problem! It's scary to think what kind of education children have if adults don't really have. Gas on the right, brake on the left, do not press at the same time. Let's go! Have time to read the piece of paper on the table. In general, it's a pity for the time and money spent.
On the plus side, it was nicely renovated. I don't recommend the rest. Choose another go-kart, save your nerves in peace.

I got unforgettable emotions when visiting this go-kart. The maps are in good condition, and the route is very interesting. The staff from the front desk to the very end of the stay is simply wonderful. It's just a great go-kart, there's no better in the country. I don't understand what people are writing, it's just something out of my head. My wife and I have 30-40 races each. All the staff is friendly, always joking, but at the same time they communicate with you! It's really very amazing, but karting is definitely 5 stars!
I would like to say with my wife a huge thank you to the blonde girl and
the black guy!
Regarding the reviews from below, we are sure that we would never have communicated so much in this place and did not show displeasure to customers!

It's a terrible place. It's wildly cold here in winter. Gloves are paid for, although they must be included in the safety equipment. We came out of karting, my fingers ached from the cold.
The equipment itself is so tired that it's practically begging to be allowed to die.
This is the first time I've seen helmets without visors on go-karts, and my eyes were watering at the speed of the wind and the squalor of everything that was happening.
The helmets themselves and the neck guards smelled like garbage. Persistent desire to take a bath with miramistin.
The cards themselves are dead in the trash. The rubber is old, cracked, and whole pieces are missing.
The track is icy, and you fly off into an uncontrolled skid at the metal joints.
You're waiting for help, like the second coming of Christ.
There are no storage rooms. Things just stay in the waiting area, very doubtful.
The briefing is the worst I've ever heard in go-karts. No clarifications about who it is for the first time, no belt checks, and the way the helmets are selected is generally pure randomness. If you don't know your size, you can wear your grandfather's helmet.
The pedals are loose, there are no half measures, you don't feel the pressure at all.
Making money on an ice card for cystitis and pneumonia is the only free service in this God-damned place.
I have experience in karting, I have never seen such an attitude towards instruction, safety and people.
Marshals do not exist on the highway as such, there is no light indication of an emergency situation, and flags have not been heard of here at all.
The track itself is interesting, but it's not immediately clear where the pitline race is, for which you're being removed from the race. Leaving the pitline is generally a nightmare, provoking clogged situations.
The posted "brick" road signs are confusing. There are no markings on the highway itself, only echoes of the fact that it is a parking lot.
Plus, it feels strongly that the place seems to be "for their own", those who came for the first time are very much spat at by the staff of this institution.
In general, I don't recommend it, it's a piece, not a go-kart.

Today, on 10/19/2024, we planned to visit karting with a company of 8 people, called to find out how and when there is an opportunity to sign up, book a track.
By phone, the administrator informed me that there was time for today from 18-00 to 18-30, there would be 2 arrivals, they informed me of the cost, said that payment was only in cash, and recorded me by name and phone number for this time.
It was lucky that by coincidence, our company decided to shift the go-karting by 18-30 to 19-00, they called the go-karting again, but this time no one answered the phone. After about an hour of unsuccessful attempts to call, I wrote to karting on Instagram, where I was informed that the administrator made a mistake and your entry is not valid, since we have corporate records only until 15-00 on weekends. Class.
OK, I believe that anyone can make a mistake, but why do I find out about it after recording, and only by pure chance, after 6 unsuccessful attempts to call?? And if our plans hadn't changed and we would have arrived at 18:00, as agreed with your administrator? It seems to me that it would be a very unpleasant situation.
I do not recommend this go-kart, irresponsible work with clients!

The screens with the results are good: time gap, time of arrival, best lap, prizes. there are no tournaments, and thank God, because the queues THERE were such that it would be impossible to get there)) It was so cool there. only one thing angered me - people who can't drive! We arrived at the check-in on December 22, 2024 at around 3:30 p.m. At the very beginning of the race, the cart broke. It took about 5 minutes for the new card to be provided. As a result, instead of 10 minutes, we rode for only about 4.5 minutes. When I asked the administrator to resolve this situation, she replied that she could reduce the price for the next check-in from 25 rubles to 20 rubles. There are no complaints about the instructors on the track. Very cool guys. We helped as much as we could. But the receptionist (the girl, unfortunately, did not look at the badge) was not interested in solving the problem.

We arrived to ride in the sun by 11.15. We waited 30 minutes. 14 people gathered. The cards were dead because they were not warmed up. Due to the heavy workload, the workers did not have time to help if they got stuck or stalled somewhere. As a result, I missed about 3 laps, because the staff simply did not notice that I could not leave.
In addition, the card seat is very cold (some kind of seat is missing on the metal base). Gloves are paid (5p), but in my opinion it should be part of the equipment at least for the winter period. Also, no one checked the clothes (I think it's not safe to ride in wide long pants).

We were a company of 4 guys on 02/23.24, we liked everything very much, we skated 5 races and remained in a high state. New maps, a good track with obvious places to overtake and, of course, pleasant and friendly staff. They helped us where we needed to, they treated us with humor and the instructor constantly joked that we would leave 20 races
Everything is great, I don't see any disadvantages, especially considering that we have been to a lot of karts in Minsk and this one stands out in absolutely all aspects, comparing with other karting centers

I recommend this karting club. Located in the center of Minsk in the Gallery shopping center. On the 4th floor of the parking lot. Of the cons: there are few pointers on how to get to this club, the lack of gloves to protect your hands from smears in Java. The advantages of loud and nimble MAPS are an interesting variable route. There is a scoreboard of results after the end of the race. Good clean equipment.

We were in this go-kart today, everything was going well, but when the race ended we were shocked! Check-in time is not fixed. We tried to find out from the administrator what the problem was. To which we were told "the sensor was knocked off in the car before you" and that's all the explanation. We began to find out further, because TIME is important in such entertainment, especially considering that we plan to participate in competitions further.
The receptionist said that they were not competitive karting, but rolling and therefore they did not promise anything.... It's just THAT… At least it was possible to warn in advance. And in such an unpleasant situation, they didn't even apologize for what happened. And then the staff didn't even say goodbye. K-customer orientation 🙃 Briefly about how the staff can spoil the whole impression

Firstly, we signed up for 20:00, in fact, check-in was at about 20:30. We were not informed about the reasons for the shift, they just told us to wait, we had to approach the girls at the reception several times and clarify (by the way, the girls were not customer-oriented at all, they were on the phone and were not eager to answer our questions, they just said to wait, and by the tone of the answers to my questions, I just felt like a fool, terrible staff in one word)
Regarding the maps themselves, they spit oil, one friend almost did not have maps, then they were replaced and drove only 2 laps instead of the required 10-14, they promise to figure it out and make a discount.

The receptionist on the phone is completely neutral, like a robot. It's the same when we meet, zero emotions. You feel a little uncomfortable.
Instructors are the same - they put on a helmet purely on the machine as on a mannequin!
In the middle of the race, I skidded, crashed sideways into a bump. I didn't hit anyone and drove on. The guy who was watching us said that it was a strong blow and he would disqualify me. For all the arguments that this is not on purpose and I will try to be more careful in the future, it did not help. He said that cars were breaking down, the protection on them was cracking - why would he do that?
Guys who rode fast and crashed into children, according to the administrators, this is normal.
Well okay.
In general, do not expect that they are waiting for you there, and if you are not experienced, drive slowly so that you will not be kicked out and you can ride for 10 minutes)))

There are a lot of negative impressions left from karting:
1) at first they said that we would be alone on the map, and then there were a lot more people. After that, they said that they meant whether you would eat with your own company, and not separately, although we clarified several times. The staff needs to be warned about such moments so that there is no understatement and everyone understands everything.
2) there were guys who specially came to drive and drove at high speed and crashed and cut off others. We were uncomfortable and scared because we were newbies.
Staff should be warned about such differences in customer driving. We would rather refuse, or go with other guys, than be afraid for our safety on the track every time.
3) storage of things. Not only that, there are very few lockers and 5 people had to put things in a cell (like in a store). So you also need to get the key for this cell for a valuable thing. Well, Kamon, seriously? Our key also opened another cell with the same number, because we were not told that there were duplicate numbers
The administrator does not know how to talk to clients and proves that they are right. There would be no negativity if the staff apologized and said that yes, there are such moments, we will try to fix them, etc. But it looked like we were fools and we were told everything, we misunderstood, etc. It is unacceptable to work with people in the field in this way
On the plus side:
I got stuck several times and the instructors helped.
I can't tell by the condition of the cars, because there is nothing to compare it with. According to the condition of the helmets, too (it seemed to me that the protection was not particularly good, but I could be wrong, because I did not know what it should be)

A friend broke her collarbone, tore her bridle and scratched her face (questions to the helmet), they told her to contact the insurance company so that they would decide whether to refund her money for the trip. there are no gloves, seat belts work doubtfully, there are no visors (a couple of times small pieces of tires flew into the face). On some maps, the brakes worked fitfully + the tires were significantly worn out.

I sat down on one go-kart at once, the gas pedal did not press at all, my leg was numb to press for acceleration. I stopped at the Pit stop and changed it, they gave me a dead go-kart again, which was stupid and could not accelerate after braking. The race ended, I asked if there was any bonus for such moments. They said no, my problems. The lap race took 55 seconds to complete, overtook at least the girl and took 10th place instead of 11th. The quality of services is at the highest level...

After reading a lot of negative reviews beforehand, I decided that competitors were writing)) And there is no complete disgrace here - THE STAFF (two people - the administrator and the instructor and EVERYTHING) IS TERRIBLE, INDIFFERENT, NOT CUSTOMER-ORIENTED, AND THE INSTRUCTOR ALSO THREATENS THAT IF THE CARDS GO DEAF, HE WILL NOT GO TO HELP😵😵😵
We bought 2 arrivals for 4 people 200 rubles. The cards are battered, dirty, go terribly or rather do not go. Dad with 40 years of driving experience on different types of transport - the instructor said that he did not know how to drive, press the gas and all that, but at the same time the cart became rooted to the spot in the middle of the track and the instructor and the director had to manually push it back to the parking lot. One of the stars simply did not take place, because the cards simply did not go at all, the instructor started it 10 times and eventually had to miss the race. The director did not offer to make another check-in, did not offer to return the money, and also tried to prove that his cards were mega cool🙄🙄🙄

Been here 3 times. From the good — a high curve at the far end of the track, along which you can ride a slipper to the floor and sideways. It's not about speed of course, but it's funny. You can "drift" a little — it's fun. A comfortable chair in the map if you are not a big size — softly.
Cons:
- killed tires, disintegrating into a small fraction, rubber worms can get on clothes soiling it
- on some maps, the gas / brake pedals are at different heights, sometimes the difference is 20 centimeters, as a result, one leg is straight, the other is bent.
- the coating of the track has not gone too far, but this is a taste
- the engine heats up, and if you touch it unsuccessfully, you can get burned, in other karting centers this is rare, usually they cover the engine with a protective casing. The engine itself sometimes does not perform very well, push the slipper into the floor, and the engine stupidly does not react or starts coughing, and does not accelerate normally.
Yes, all cars are different and you have to get used to each one, but here they are just dead, it's a pity.
