Polite and diligent staff listened and quickly picked up wedding rings in all respects, and also told about a couple of nice buns (silver pendant + ring box). Agree, a nice bonus!
Not to mention the fact that it turned out to be 250 rubles cheaper than other jewelry stores.
It was impossible to refuse such an offer.

On February 9, a silver amber bracelet was purchased. On February 13, one of the amber inserts fell out. When contacting the store where the purchase was made, with a request to sort it out, we received a refusal. The sellers referred to the fact that this is not a warranty case, and the loss of the insert is not a manufacturing defect. "Maybe you treated him incorrectly, that's why the amber fell out. But we can give you the number of a great jeweler!"
When contacting the jewelry workshop, it turned out that amber is not real amber. But after all, an item from a jewelry store with the appropriate value, and not jewelry purchased at a flea market...
