The only big advantage of the hotel is its location: all the main attractions and museums are nearby. Our room was a two-room junior suite: large, freshly renovated, new furniture, but for some reason there was a strong smell of non-residential premises, especially in the bedroom. There is air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer. There are no water coolers. To my question, the receptionist replied that they drink tap water.....Minuses: 1) gray, washed, hard towels. We've been to different hotels, but this is the first time.....2) In the evening we wanted to take a shower, but there is no hot water.... In the morning I ask the administrator: "Do you have a problem with hot water?". He replied that they had only recently begun, they say, the CHP lowers the temperature at night. Well, you have to warn about such things!!! In the morning (at 8 o'clock), I also had to wash with cool water. In general, it will do for 1-2 nights, but there was a desire to leave as soon as possible.

The hotel is as beautiful from the outside as it is simple inside. A very friendly girl at the reception told me everything - what to see, where to have dinner and even a brief history of the city. Special thanks to her! The location is excellent - the very center. All local attractions are nearby. Convenient parking. The room is modest and clean, but I was very confused by the dried spiders on the walls and on the blinds. The bathroom is clean, the bed linen is a cheerful chintz, but it's better than white, but with spots. One of the disadvantages is the lack of breakfast at the hotel and, since we were in the summer, young people, cars, motorcycles with all the consequences were under the windows until late at night... There is a vending machine with decent coffee on the 1st floor, so we refueled with it on the way. In any case, it's better than nothing for those traveling by car.

I'll start with the pros:
- Excellent location - you can't find a better place in the city
- From the "wedding suite" - a great view from the balcony of the city (see video)
- The reception staff is very friendly, they gave out a list of nearby establishments, told about Wi-Fi and even printed out a map of the sights of Polotsk - very nice of them
- 24-hour coffee machine on the ground floor, coffee is not very good, but inexpensive
- Wi-Fi works well
Unfortunately, the advantages end there, which, in my opinion, is not enough for such a price
Now the cons (for which actually 2 stars):
- The repair is present (no longer a scoop), but it is clear that it is a little shabby and initially made as economically as possible;
- The technical equipment leaves much to be desired, the sockets are located as inconveniently as possible (thanks at least there was an extension cord), a kettle with a sunken button, a hair dryer dries short hair for 1.5 hours with the smell of burnt plastic and a TV with 8 channels
- From cleaning the room: used towels were taken away, everything, garbage was not removed, shower gels were not updated, nothing at all, it's okay not to clean when guests are settled, BUT the room has not been cleaned for a sooooo long time, there are a lot of midges in the ceiling, cobwebs on cornices and chandeliers, tulle is all stained. Before going to bed on the first night, I had to escort out an uninvited roommate in the form of a spider, albeit peacefully, but menacingly, hanging from the ledge next to the bed.
