Hotel : location - 5 points. Breakfast 3 balls, Staff 3 balls The cost is too high, does not correspond to the services.

The staff does not speak Russian. The service is normal, nothing special. In Russia, the service in hotels of this level is better. They did not help with the luggage either at check-in or at check-out.
