We were there from August 28-30. Breakfast is not about anything!!!! 2 bottles of water, 2 sachets of sugar, 2 tea bags!!! In the room. There is no elevator. I didn't like it. I do not recommend it.

One of the advantages is a spacious room and a center. Cons - a very bad and meager breakfast (omelet on delivery, some warm vegetables and tea on the same plate). At a cost of 6 tons per day, we could at least spend money on yoghurts and muesli. If there is a noisy company or children in the next room, stock up on birushas.And the last thing . The hotel is a former settlement, an entrance door, narrow corridors, there is no lobby.

A more dreary hotel is hard to find. One of the advantages is the proximity of the pedestrian zone with cafes and restaurants. Everything else is a three. Poor breakfast, dull interiors and sky-high price for all this.

The only thing I liked here is the location of the hotel, in the very center on a pedestrian street. The rest is so-so: a miserable breakfast with an omelette in rancid butter, the need to carry your suitcases up narrow stairs, since there is no elevator and there is no one to help. Cheap furniture and decoration (well, for a Boutique hotel for sure), the shower cabin is so small that a child can't turn around in it.

We were in June 2019. Everything is decent: the rooms are comfortable. There is parking, convenient location, separate building. A decent breakfast.
However, as a restaurant, the institution practically does not work. You can have a drink, but it's better to look for gastronomy elsewhere.
There is no elevator and this is perhaps the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. It was not difficult for us young people to climb the steep stairs, even though we were with 2-year-old children, but for the elderly with shortness of breath or other health problems, it is better to take into account the lack of an elevator and immediately negotiate a room lower on the floor.
The beds are great. The staff is pleasant.

A good hotel, I liked everything, but for some reason one window did not close, it was September and we discovered it late in the evening, we had to turn on the air conditioner for heating. There is a private parking in the yard. The breakfasts are great. Thank you, if we will be in Vitebsk, then only to you.

The location is great. On the day of arrival, the air conditioner did not work, the administration could not do anything, since it was the weekend. Two nights were terrible because of the heat. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and the air conditioning did not work in any of the rooms. This is not acceptable for such a price. We were in July.

It's a great place, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
Spacious and cozy rooms, internal Parking, all new plumbing, refrigerator, kettle, bathrobes.
Individual breakfasts, not a buffet. And a very good location - from the hotel you immediately get to the pedestrian street, near which there is an embankment and Victory Park.
One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Respect!
