Booked at the specified number, not through a consolidator, overnight at the hostel. We talked with the hostess, clarified the time of arrival, which floor will be available in bunk beds. As a result, on the appointed day, we were told that there were no places. To the question "How can this be regarded?", they answered "The human factor" and there was no apology.... The hostel may be not bad, but the hostess saves on staff, confuses the check-in dates. Tip, do not book, there is a chance to stay outside at night. If you book, then through the consolidator, you can book, at least there is a guarantee that you will be provided with a replacement for the reservation that you made
