A very good workshop! They do only what is really needed for repairs. In another, they told me to replace a lot of spare parts, saying the car was in terrible condition, but here they calmed me down, did a technical cleaning and everything works as good as new again! Very polite communication, and attentive approach. Before handing over the car, they told me how to take care of it properly so that there would be no more problems. I am very glad that I found them. Now I will only be serviced by them!

I contacted the service, because my coffee machine first started to crack when turned on, it looks like an electrical short circuit and then stopped turning on altogether. In the process of describing the problem, the master asked to check on another outlet - he checked, the machine turned on steadily and worked. The advice turned out to be correct - questions will now be addressed to electricians. Thanks for the remote diagnosis and time economy. ;-)

I recommend this company! Everything was done very quickly and professionally. In the morning, the coffee machine was taken away for maintenance, in the evening it was brought. The car looked like new after cleaning! She didn't come back from other sets like that.

I contacted the Smart service regarding the repair of the Krups coffee machine, coffee was leaking under the machine. I was very pleased. They took it away on the day of the appeal and returned it three days later, repaired, clean as new. Thank you very much for the high-quality, professional repair and polite treatment. I wish Smart service prosperity and success. You are the best, there is someone to compare with, since this is not the first repair and the masters did not always manage to completely eliminate the problems.

Excellent service. My Delonghi Magnifica S stopped turning on (i.e. the scoreboard is lit, but there are no information messages and it did not respond to pressing the control buttons in any way) I left a request on the website, the guys called back, listened to the problem and said that the machine needed "hospitalization". On the same day, a courier arrived and took them to the service. The next working day, they called back, told about the breakdown, the repair method and the cost of the work, additionally offered to carry out full service. Considering that in 9 years of operation, the machine gets into service only for the second time (I carried out cleaning and washing on my own
and regularly) I agreed to the service. We brought them home from the service on our own. After repair, the coffee machine looked like new (no fingerprints on glossy surfaces, or, for example, white salt deposits in hard-to-reach places), I myself have never been able to clean it like that. A nice bonus was a bag of coffee beans. I can definitely recommend it!

My "middle-aged" Krups machine moped on New year's Eve, turned to the SMART service on the 30th at the end of the working day and found the master almost on the threshold of the office. The guys entered the situation, the machine was disassembled, diagnosed, identified the cause of the malfunction and agreed that as soon as the necessary spare parts arrive, they will do everything at once! And so it turned out: on the 12th, the necessary things were delivered and today, on Friday the 13th, I already have a fully serviceable and serviced car👍
It's nice that we made a discount as a new client and gave them cleaning pills as a gift.😋
