We went in for coffee on Saturday, not even counting on the availability of seats. But apparently I was lucky-there were places. The coffee is of excellent quality. No questions about the service. The staff is very polite and friendly. The tables are clean. The waiting time is 5-7 minutes.

About 2 months ago, we got to Zhodino with our son on business, we came here to eat. I liked everything just by 10 points: the food, the service (even a strawberry krushon was given as a gift), and the atmosphere. Today we were on business again, hungry, there was not even a question where to go. The angry and hungry ones left, and the staff just laughed after us. To everything we ordered, the waitress replied: "This is not there, and this is not there either, and we are not cooking this today." When asked if you have anything at all, a mocking glance aside and silence. Then the girl deigned to say that they could WARM up the potato casserole! There was nothing from the drinks either. All the staff gathered at the counter, they laughed loudly, they were too lazy to work, they loudly discussed the guests, not even hiding their contempt. The owners of this institution are apparently satisfied with the fact that they are losing their reputation and profits. The owner is a gentleman.

Parts of the menu are not available. A slightly warm soup. Everything is unsalted. The burger is cold, the whole thing is falling apart. Potatoes with scrambled eggs and two slices of tomato are served at home many times more beautifully. We went in the number of 4 people, no one was lucky with the dish (neither soups nor hot.... Waiting for the soup for 20-25 minutes, after it is still hot for 25 minutes ... fruit tea was normal. But it didn't save me. It's a pity we didn't take photos of the dishes.... It was as if someone had passed by and hastily cooked(

Nice cozy pizzeria. But the service is terrible. With the hall empty, only the third time they noticed us. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for our order to be accepted. The order arrived quickly - it was coffee. If it had been something more serious, I'm afraid we wouldn't have waited. And this is not the first time.

I would like to write my dissatisfaction with this institution. I myself am from the city of Zhodino and when I still lived in my hometown, this institution was very popular , I even remember celebrating my birthday there. I came with friends from Minsk , so to speak , to show my city , we decided to go in for a meal and I had no doubts where to go . We came to this institution and to be honest, I was a little shocked even from the first minutes, all the staff "hung out" at the bar, no one said a word to us, they did not take us to the table. There was one table on the ground floor drinking beer . We went to the second floor, where there was one table (a large company) and next to ours there was a table where dirty dishes were not in a hurry to clean after the guests left. I have been working in catering for 6 years now and have always been chasing the staff on such nuances. Then all the most interesting things began, after 10 minutes we were served a menu . We chose drinks and hot dishes . The waiter came up (with a dissatisfied face), I apologize that I still had to break away from the "party" at the bar and come up to us. There was almost nothing hot , sushi on weekends , as they said , they don 't do , OK, when they asked what was hot, the waiter said that if he told them what to eat , it would take even more time. Well, we decided on the choice again and as it turned out, there is no such thing. We left and I was very disappointed in this institution. I think that with such an approach to work and guests, this institution will soon be gone.

I ordered a hodgepodge, and a chicken kebab
The hodgepodge was missing some of the products that should be on the menu in the composition, the broth seemed to be from boiled dumplings.
The shish kebab was dry, the pickled onion felt like it had been lying for a week, the salad consisted only of lettuce leaves, the potatoes were not fried raw.
I liked Rich juice from the whole lunch.
Not with my foot anymore.

For some reason, we went in once again, waited for 40 minutes for salads, pizza even more, despite the fact that there were 3 tables at the bottom, I did not see at the top. Pizza is normal, you can eat (without enthusiasm), kapets salads... The staff is a separate topic, I won't even say anything, the same claims are in almost all reviews.

We were passing through, there was a desire to eat. We decided to visit this institution, which we regretted. It all started with the fact that with an almost empty establishment, we tried to sit at a large table for 6 people, but they did not explain to us very tactfully that they could not do this, even though the table was not booked. After a short dialogue with leading questions about the fact that there is practically no one in the institution, we were still offered to sit at this table, but there was no desire anymore. The repair is partly shabby, paint peels off the walls in some places. There are no restrooms in the institution, the restrooms in the shopping center itself are in terrible condition, I don't want to visit them once again. Cola 0.5 costs 5.50 rubles, even in Minsk establishments of a higher level, this position is cheaper, for such a place the price for ordinary soda is on the verge of fiction, provided that the waiters for such a price will not even pour it into a glass, you will do it yourself. The milkshake did not please the taste. Pizza on thick dough is not particularly lush. We ordered "branded", mixed feelings, the dough and the base are delicious, the ingredients are not very good. Cherry tomatoes on hot pizza were very cold (I'm not talking about their size). When they pointed out that the tomatoes in the pizza were cold, we were told that they were in the refrigerator… According to the combination of factors, I do not recommend visiting, it will be easier to order pizza in the store and eat it on the bench, the emotions received from eating will not differ much

Coffee, noodle soup, pancakes in mushroom sauce with sour cream, potato casserole with chicken, nuggets for children, soup, French fries, cola and so on, nothing special. Some items on the menu are not available, although they are listed as a hit, it does not matter ...
The first coffee was brought in 15 minutes... It's strange, but okay...
the children's fast food was somehow delivered in parts after 30 minutes... The soup was served in an hour! And that's not for everyone who ordered. The next portion of soup was in 30 minutes.... Pancakes in mushroom sauce were served after 1.5 hours, the taste is disgusting- thawed semi-finished product, while not fully fried .... Potato casserole is served after almost 2 hours in a boiling state! in fact, stewed potatoes filled with egg on top... Somehow, a pleasant appetite did not work out...

You can buy everything that goes with sushi (sauce, ginger, wasabi) for a fee. The teapot with tea on the menu indicates 600ml, in fact the teapot is slightly larger than a mug. When you ask why, the answer is "they gave you something and brought it.".. She asked to add hot water to the kettle, it was just taken away and that's it. Apparently it's not supposed to. There are 4 pieces on the menu for pancakes in the photo, 3 pieces are brought on a plate, very tasty. But somehow, out of all these unpleasant little things, all the charm of the place disappears.

1. The staff communicates on personal topics at the top of their voices in the middle of the establishment and complains to guests about chefs, bartenders and management.
2. THE BAR. Guys, there's no need to add items to the menu that your staff can't cook. But you can teach a fool, and what kind of fool came up with a cocktail of whiskey, coffee liqueur, Cherry juice and Cola? Do you even have taste buds? And by the way, did you know that lime cordial is not citric acid with sugar? Horror, nightmare and shame. It's better to remove cocktails from the menu than to serve this disgusting slush.
3. Waiting for the kitchen in an almost empty hall is this even a joke? The pancakes were cooked for 40 minutes, the waiter complained to the kitchen that they were being cooked for a long time and eventually brought cold dishes. Which, by the way, were already not tasty because of the huge amount of butter, but the eggs still did not fry. Amazingly.
4. If you are a Pizzeria, take care of the pizzas, I heard they are delicious. The rest of the kitchen and cocktails are a nightmare, I'm sure you'll save money on preparations and be able to earn more on pizzas and beer.
