It's a great place. Views of the view. Clean, well maintained. Almost the very end of the "Old Town". One of the disadvantages is a lot of tourists and those who want to take pictures. A place worth going to see the city.
The ascent to the site by a separate elevator, the group was 5 people.
The site is small, but the views are excellent. There are binoculars (large stationary), you can see the unusual library building in the distance.
We really liked the place!
Although for fans of 360° viewing, this very review will not be enough.

The observation deck is located within walking distance from Nemiga and Oktyabrskaya metro stations, in the Upper Town area. Who else is thinking about whether to go to Belarus or not, I will say unequivocally - go! We spent a couple of days in Minsk, stayed at the Planeta Hotel. I will note that there are no family rooms in the hotel, we had to take two rooms for a family of four people. But all the disadvantages were compensated by the location. The observation deck is literally 10-15 minutes away. We were lucky - it was on the day of arrival that the annual exercises of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took place, and a whole show unfolded before our eyes. From the observation deck, everything was perfectly visible. It basically offers a beautiful view. A very wonderful, clean, hospitable city!
