I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it.
I booked the hotel 2 weeks before arrival via Booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that they were no longer working with booking and were ready to accommodate me at a price of 3 (three!!!) three times higher than I booked on booking (photo). I presented a confirmation from the website, presented a correspondence stating that I had a special wish and there was confirmation from the hotel in the chat (i.e. the hotel was aware that I was coming and aware of the price for the room), showed the price, but no one listened to me at the reception. At the reception, they wanted to "spit" on the client.
I called the owner of the hotel, he promised that I would be checked in at the price indicated in the booking. But when I returned to the hotel a couple of hours later, the reception told me that the owner had not called them and they were not going to check me in at the booking price. I started calling the owner, but he was "out of the zone." I had to look for another hotel nearby.
I looked at the room, at least on the 1st floor, the bathroom in the room smelled of mold.
No one even apologized or called back that day or the next.

I do not recommend it. We booked in advance, upon arrival it turned out that there were no seats. We went 40 people with children, somehow settled us in 2 hotels. The conditions leave much to be desired. The bed and towels are stained. There is not even really boiling water in the branch of their hotel. There is a samovar on a stool at the entrance. I had to go down from the third floor with cups. They asked to replace the bed linen. Replaced with a damp duvet cover.

It is very dirty in the rooms, unpleasant odors, the photos displayed in the OLX do not coincide with reality, there is no elementary shelf for accessories in the bathroom, not to mention the sink! The towels are smelly. It's a pity there is no score with a minus, I put it at minus 5!!!

The hotel is very beautiful in principle, but there are drawbacks:
1) the Internet is very bad.
2) the fan in the toilet fell off by itself.
3) the doors creak and there is no noise reduction.
4) cockroaches were running on the floor.
But there are advantages as a good price, but I still do not recommend it!

The location of the hotel itself is inside the house, on the one hand it is a plus in the mornings it is quiet, you can not hear the noise of cars. But the walls inside the rooms are thin! Absolutely everything is audible). I'll say this, the hotel is so-so. The staff is so-so. In the shower, the wires are wrapped with blue duct tape) how safe is it and what did this suite have to do with it)) The exits are indicated simply by reflective stickers from the car and not according to GOST! In this hotel, security was stupidly forgotten.

They put one price on the booking, in fact they refused to settle at this price, increasing it by 3 times. It's not worth coming here at all and dealing with it. We arrived at night and ended up looking for another hotel. Just the height of "hospitality".

The hotel is not bad. The price is acceptable. There were hygiene kits in the room. There was no kettle, iron, or dishes. And we were also unlucky. We rented a room for 3 days. And on the very first day, the pipes started flowing. As a result, we lived all three days in the damp.
