We recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sofita HOTEL in Tashkent, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent reception and high level of service. We traveled in a large group, and the organization of our stay was thought out to the smallest detail.
From the first minutes we were greeted with a smile, which immediately set a positive mood. The rooms turned out to be spacious, very clean and stylish, and every detail of the interior was thought out for the convenience of guests. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and after long tours of Tashkent, it was especially important!
The staff deserves special praise — attentive, professional, always ready to help. All our requests were fulfilled promptly, and this created a feeling of special care. I would also like to mention the breakfasts: the dishes were delicious and varied, you could try something new every day.
In addition, the hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to the main attractions of the city. Our whole group was delighted with this trip and especially with the hotel. We thank the Sofita HOTEL team for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely come back here again and recommend this place to all our friends and acquaintances!

Great hotel, everything is new, clean, warm, the breakfasts are sooo delicious.
The rooms have bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, soap, and a puppy tooth!
There is also a swimming pool, billiards, sauna.
Convenient location, near a bank, supermarket Basket, cafe .
I recommend the hotel to everyone at any time of the year!

Our vacation in Tashkent was always under the supervision and help of the hotel staff! They helped with the phone, taxi, advice (very useful), the hotel staff were always on top. We lived with the children in a family room. A great quiet large room with two rooms, the air conditioners worked perfectly (it was over 40 degrees outside)! Clean hotel, new clean pool, excellent breakfasts. If we visit Tashkent again, we will definitely stay, there are 24/7 supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby at the Sofia hotel

The introduction to the hotel did not go well. We booked a family suite, the hotel employee called back and politely asked to cancel the reservation. In exchange, I offered 2 rooms at the same price. After the cancellation, it turned out that not at the same price, but we can only improve the conditions when booking at a price 50% higher than the original one. So if you encounter such a situation, be careful, you will be deceived.

The hotel is pretentiously pretentious and looks Gypsy. The repair is not fresh. The rooms are dirty, mine came with an unwashed carpet. And the feeling that someone was killed on the carpet, covered in nasty stains. There is black mold in the sealant in the bathroom, the plumbing is leaking. Definitely, the rooms are not worth their money, there are hotels nearby for $ 23-25 that are cleaner and more pleasant, although simpler and not so pretentious. The breakfast is average. The reception staff is friendly and nice, just for that I will add a star.
