Hello, I regularly visit the pool. Everything is fine: work schedule, temperature, staff. One thing overshadows everything: most visitors do not follow basic hygiene rules - they enter the shower room already in a swimsuit, do not take a shower at all, or just stand under running water and go swimming. Water, of course, is disinfected, but sebum, epidermis, cosmetics - all this gets into the water from the skin and then settles on the walls in the form of dirty plaque.
It would be nice if the announcement of the need to take a shower without swimming clothes before visiting the pool was duplicated in the locker room in a prominent place, and the reception staff did not just offer to sign in the magazine, but really introduced the rules of visiting the pool. For example, you can print a short memo and offer to read it before giving out a bracelet.

In general, the hall is normal, there are nuances, not criticism. But timings… Taking into account the evening influx of people, it is impossible to meet the time frame, but then pay extra. There is no point in taking a subscription, because the same timings apply to everyone. In other halls (not Ostrovets), the system is more pleasant. I would like our system to be updated, because the Impulse in Ostrovets has no competitors.

The hall looks new, but it's already very shabby. The basketball hoops are disgusting, the scoreboard is not informative. The only convenience for nonresidents is a nearby hotel.

A year ago, I actively attended SOC when I was interested in swimming. I loved going there.What I want to note.
The first is the convenient location. The second is the convenience inside. Such as: locker room, shower, registration. Registration is fast, inconveniences were infrequent. There are also other sports disciplines. Basketball, volleyball, tennis, gym. I recommend.

Here you can sign up for basketball, wrestling, swimming and other sports. There is a large gym inside the building, very helpful and kind staff. I sometimes visit the pool and despite the fact that I am allergic to bleach, my skin does not break out as much as in the rest of the pools of that city

The complex itself is good. Bleachers, changing rooms, toilets, wardrobe. But what happened to the buffet, are the toilets being closed for some reason?! Competitions, there are a lot of people, but no household preparation.

We came to the pool on Monday morning, and they told us that he was cleaning until 11 o'clock, although I did not find information about this anywhere, either on their Instagram or on Yandex. And they put us outside to wait, it was terribly hot these days and we did not wait under the scorching sun. I ask the administration to take more responsibility for the placement of information and visitors.

We visit the pool here periodically. I can only say about him in a positive way. The water is warm and clean, the changing rooms are spacious, there are no questions about the showers either.
The staff is quite friendly, we did not encounter any unpleasant attitude either in the wardrobe or with the administrator. I really hope that everything will continue to be like this.

A good sports complex with new equipment. There is a swimming pool with a sauna, a good gym, a gym for sports games and much more. Very affordable prices.
There is only one drawback: there is no vestibule in the gym and the pool in the locker rooms. As a result, along with the opening of the door, a view opens to everyone who changes clothes in it

The FOK is excellent, good service, everything is thought out, even if the lockers were opened/they were closed with a "clock" that is issued to fix the entrance / exit through the turnstile, it would be generally super, you would not have to carry a locker key with you. I was only in the gym, I really like it, the gym is large, spacious, good exercise equipment, a good row of dumbbells. I advise you to visit!
