A terrible contingent lives in this house. There is always garbage in the entrances. The apartments are tiny. There is no place to park in the yard. I wouldn't want to live in a house like this. I rented an apartment there.

The house is warm, the entrance is 1 clean 👍
But the 2nd entrance is terribly dirty.
The contingent in the house certainly leaves much to be desired.
Many apartments are rented to people who drink without drying out.
And there are houses nearby (a hostel, ruins, as after the bombing).
The location is good, the infrastructure is developed, but the contingent is so-so

A quiet courtyard, a house built in the late 90s, few Parking spaces, travel is sometimes difficult, apartments of Soviet layouts.
There are grocery stores nearby, card payment is available, special attention (the elevator in the house is paid (it will not go without a chip key)
