Terrible — simply disgusting — service for a “premium” bank. We opened all the cards in advance through their agent and came to collect them, but we were asked to sign the documents again. We waited for the paperwork for over an hour, if not longer. Then we were told to come back the next day after 2:00 PM to pick up the cards, and once again had to wait around an hour just for a simple card handover. There were no explanations or apologies for the long delays — only rude reception staff. Meanwhile, there were other guests who were surrounded with attention from the moment they entered the bank, but apparently they were considered “special” clients.
