The hall is beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful. We celebrated the wedding, and were generally satisfied. But there are also disadvantages. Many agreements were not fulfilled, most likely because the administrator did not convey our wishes to the employees. Not all the food was delicious. There are a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen.

I had a rest at the New Year's holiday, the program is terrible for one normal performance, although there should be no less than 50 people, but the room is small, no one has cleaned the puddle in the men's toilet since the beginning of the event, there is no hand dryer, paper towels ended in the middle of the evening, the order of the song is 10p and specially put not a New Year's repertoire. We celebrated the year of the child in a small hall, and in the big hall there was a wedding with 10 people.They invited the presenter and turned on the music too loudly.Considering that we have children at the festival (the youngest is 7 months old), we culturally approached the person in charge of the restaurant with a request to turn down the music a little bit, because children cry and even adults need to shout to hear each other, and she said she didn't know anything and sent her to the presenter, who in turn, she did not make it quieter.So I had to go again and ask.As a result, she made it a little quieter, but rudely said into the microphone, "it's all thanks to the man." Accordingly, men and women from that company attacked my spouse with claims that children should be left at home and they came to celebrate the wedding.If my husband and the guests from our company had not been brought up like the people from that company, there would have been a scuffle.
As a result, no one did anything quieter, and we had to leave this institution.The person responsible for the hall and the restaurant as a whole did not react in any way and did not even approach.
