We live in the house opposite, we stared at your beautiful store, we constantly buy ice cream nearby. It was very frustrating that the seller did not show any loyalty.
1) they asked for a discount. We bought 9 peony-shaped roses for 3,000 each. It seems that no one would have suffered from a 3% discount, but we were told that we only give discounts to regular customers. There was silence when asked who was permanent.
2) you have a whole bunch of vases, we wanted to buy a glass one. They asked how much they would sell for. Answer: It's not for sale, it's for exhibition. Then why are they in plain sight???why couldn't you name a price of 10 or 20 thousand and sell us a vase?
3) and most importantly. The roses stood for 3 days
At the same time, the seller is such a beauty and just 0 loyalty. Also, the flowers in the salon are old.
Of course, there is no desire to return and become regular customers after this

I used to be a favorite of flower salons, you could always order something interesting and never sold stale flowers. Over the past year, they have deteriorated very much, bouquets are disappearing and originality is gone. I don't recommend it anymore.
