It was with great pleasure that I visited the manicure salon and was absolutely delighted! The craftsmen are really real professionals in their field — they listened carefully to my wishes and suggested ideal options. The manicure turned out to be simply flawless!
I would also like to mention the work of the administrator. It creates a pleasant atmosphere from the very entrance, which is very important for relaxation and a comfortable time in the salon. Every detail has been taken into account, the service is top notch!
I definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a high-quality manicure and excellent service. I will come back here again!

Today I visited your wonderful salon and it was just great! From the very entrance , I noticed the decorations for the new year , beautiful bows on the windows and beautiful drawings of snow on the window .
The manicure process itself was very comfortable: the master worked carefully and lovingly, and the movie "Christmas on Ice" added a relaxing atmosphere.
After completing the procedure, I was delighted with the result! My nails looked neat.
If I come back again, I will definitely come back to this salon again and recommend everyone to try it. Thank you for your work, skilled girls and a wonderful administrator!

I had very mixed feelings after visiting this salon. The pedicure was done fine, even well, but the manicure was disgusting. Not only was it painful and unpleasant, but after the procedure I experienced pain in the cuticle area for several more days, Well, the apotheosis was that I switched to the other hand instead of moving myself. How did she imagine that I would sit for 15 minutes in a curling position, and she would work freely with her nails. I note that this is not a question of the human factor of one person, but of the system. The master sits at the client's left hand, and the client turns around and holds out his right hand to the master. Well, what is it? Regarding the interior, there are cables everywhere, and the TV is blaring at the whole room. I've visited this place twice, and I won't be coming back for the third one.

A wonderful master. I did everything quickly and very efficiently. There are no complaints about the master. But I was upset that they didn't offer tea, although everyone was sitting next to them with mugs, there were also very dirty lamps, they would have been wiped and it was cool.

The Windows overlook the pedestrian street and the guests' seats are located so that you can constantly observe the bustle of life on the street. Excellent service in the salon. I spent enough time and effort to make this choice, as well as a hairdresser.
For those who drive a car, parking next to the salon will cause some difficulties. There are a lot of cars, but few places. There are two parking lots nearby on Nemiga.

I switched to this salon, since you can always pick up the windows, which is very valuable to me and saves time, you don't have to plan much in advance, as in other salons. I like that you can order food and coffee. The master Olga is very pleasant and the manicure is excellent. There is definitely not enough ventilation system when cutting a manicure, even more not for me as a client (although this is also a discomfort), but for the masters, because they always need to breathe it all.

There is a point regarding the sterilization of instruments. There are no safe bags with labels, nor any other evidence that the instrument has been sterilized. It's upsetting. Moreover, when I asked the master if the tools were sterile, she said "Yes!", while I was looking at the nail clippers, and there was a piece of someone's cuticle on the blade. I sat and prayed that my skin would not be injured. Fortunately, it turned out that way. But next time I'll think 100 times before signing up.

The salon was absolutely disappointing. I arrived at the appointed time, the air conditioner does not work in the cabin in the thirty-degree heat. I stand waiting, it's hot and stuffy, they start asking me and asking me again: name, phone number, type of service. Then they ask when I signed up and when I called...And it turns out I was booked on the wrong day. And that's it, the curtain. I made an appointment in advance, I planned everything. They ask, "maybe you will come tomorrow, there will be a discount, will it be convenient for you tomorrow?" And what was I supposed to say??? Why do I need a discount for another day??? I didn't just sign up for a specific day and time...
I understand anyone can make a mistake, but it doesn't make it any easier and all plans fly out the window! And the employee who signed me up for the wrong day, tell me, is it really such a difficult job?! It's not nuclear physics, is it?! Is it really impossible to perform even such a simple task properly???
I won't say about the quality of service, I didn't have a chance.
The day is ruined, the plans are ruined.
There's no way I'm going there.

I was doing a pedicure with gel coating, I remembered why I don't come here.
- An uncomfortable chair, some kind of sink or shelf behind it, as a result, they are constantly knocking, washing, talking behind their backs.
- The receptionist is not particularly friendly, does not ask if you liked it, does not offer tea or water.
- The foot was treated very quickly, as well as the cuticle itself, 120 minutes were written on the website, but in fact everything was ready after 50 minutes, I think this affects the quality.
- To my taste, the coating is uneven, it is a gel, it does not flow, you can apply it more carefully. I drew the master's attention to the quality of the coating, she replied that it was possible to change the shape of the nails...

I was dissatisfied with going for a manicure by appointment. All the manicure tables were occupied, so they sat me down on a pedicure chair. The master did a manicure on a stand, and sat on one side. So if one hand was more or less comfortable, I had to sit hunched over to handle the other. I have never encountered such a service anywhere else!!! This is disrespectful to the customer! They could have warned me when recording, I would have chosen another salon. Nothing is known about the processing of tools either, it is doubtful. Well, the cut of two fingers when cutting off the cuticle, now the fingers hurt. I will never go to this salon again!

I've been to this salon twice. The first time was the removal of gel polish and shape correction. The withdrawal was about nothing...We left the color in the corners, and we managed to correct the shape.
For the second time on strengthening with the IBX system and a classic manicure. The tools were not unpacked with me, they were just brought from another corner of the cabin, so it is unclear whether they were processed or not. This is a gross violation of the rules. The master asked if I had a base, there was no reaction to my affirmative answer, although later I got acquainted with the rules for applying the IBX system, the plate should be clean and without a base, gels, etc. In fact, money is wasted
