I really like the store, the sellers are pleasant and polite.There are a lot of different promotions.Compact, but very convenient, there is everything you need from food,animal feed,household chemicals and more. Fresh products, constant updating.I recommend.

A wonderful store, especially considering that it is small, so to speak, within walking distance in a residential area. Apparently, there is a good manager in the store, as the products are always fresh and there is a good assortment. Previously, there were 2 other stores that were scary to go into. And there is always fresh fruit, everything is beautifully laid out. Milk, bread is always fresh. A good assortment of frozen fish. Some products are not even available in the big neighbors, but here they are. Very nice girls work at the checkout. They are very friendly and welcoming. They know many people by sight and greet them even in the hall, and not just at the cash register, as it should be. In general, a good store.

The score is one star only because you can't put -1.Today I went to the store and went straight to the ice cream refrigerator (outside +30). The refrigerator is a mess, the prices are the same. I found it in a row with price tags the price of ice cream "Top watermelon" for 69 kopecks. It seems to me that such ice cream was sold a long time ago. I went to the cashier and specified the price. Did she ask if there was someone on the senior shift?They said that there is. Just then, an employee came up, as it turned out, the head of the department. When I asked why there was such a mess in the refrigerator with ice cream and the prices for it, I was answered that there were not enough employees. I asked if there was a store manager on shift.The answer is no. I say that if there are no employees who are responsible for the goods and replenishment of the trading floor, then who is led by the director. This means that the manager needs to take a shift, perform duties for the smooth operation of the store in order to avoid complaints from customers. The head of the department told me that if she didn't like something in the store, she wouldn't go into this store from now on. Instead of trying to figure out the problem and apologize, they began to teach me what to do, how to act, where to go or not to go. Of course, I will try not to enter this store anymore. I ask you to look into the problem of the lack of personnel in this trade facility. And also to conduct training on the rules of communication and behavior of employees of any rank with the buyer. My score is -1 in the piggy bank of this store of the trading network "Neighbors".
