When asked to give a book of complaints and suggestions, I ran into the rudeness of the guard (who, by the way, was in his booth with a lady at that moment)). The poor manager tried to apologize for everyone, but it would be useless if everything was the same tomorrow. In a bare place, as if consciously, a reason for people's discontent is created.
