We were in Armenia with the whole family in August 2023. The location is convenient, I really liked the hotel. The staff is very helpful!!! they always help, they meet you halfway, you just need to apply. Varouj and Arthur, special thanks. I really liked the sauna with the pool, we went every day, the youngest son said that if we were in Armenia, then only here)). There are many beautiful parks with fountains in Yerevan. Across the street near the hotel is an ancient Iranian area, an unusual place. It was February 15-16, 2025. Excellent hotel, clean, calm atmosphere, there is breakfast, we had a suite, the price included a sightseeing tour (we did not have time to use it) , a visit to the spa sauna and hammam, after a walk around Yerevan we had a great time there, warmed up. It was a good hotel, the location was convenient for us, we walked to the center. It was a bit inconvenient that there were no rooms with separate beds, but not critical. The plumbing is working, the room was cleaned on the third day, even after changing the bed linen. There were no cupboards in our room, just a floor hanger. The bedding is good and comfortable. The breakfasts are good, especially the baked vegetables, very tasty. The only negative for me is that the coffee is brought ready, in a jug, just of the worst quality, like a mess.Although there are four, it would be possible to put a coffee machine. Very friendly staff at the reception. It's easy to order a taxi to the airport, it arrives quickly and takes only twenty minutes to drive. Nearby is the Forum restaurant, where guests are making noise late, if the windows overlook this side, you will not be able to get enough sleep, but the hotel is not to blame for this.

The breakfast is not very varied, there is not enough range of fermented dairy products for my taste. Various curds, cheeses, cheeses, sour cream.
I didn't go to the SPA, my health doesn't allow it.
I really liked everything else-the rooms, the service, the staff, the interior. We are staying for the second time, the room is a double room with an entrance hall.

The main thing is that the room is just huge, it seems to me that you can play football in it, there is a refrigerator, too, by the way, not small as usual. There is a table with chairs to sit on, the pillows were not very thick, we asked the next day, we were provided with others and told why we did not ask at night, but suffered with these. The room is clean, the cleaning is done well, there are ironing boards on the floors, as well as a cooler with cups. The only plumbing in the shower is not very good, we had a shower in one room, there were problems in the other, we stayed 4 nights, we didn't change the towels, we didn't replenish anything, but we had enough, and the towels are also normal, maybe it's important to someone. The price is reasonable, considering that there is breakfast, parking and a spa area, we haven't been there, we need to register. Breakfast is normal, you definitely won't be hungry. Everything is classic, the guys don't always have time to replenish what they ate quickly, but if they apply, they will do it right away. And in general, the hotel's fat plus is its staff!!!! This hotel is very, very decent in its price range. We liked everything, especially the receptionists at the reception are responsive, friendly, they will answer any question, they will help with any problem. The only thing is that the breakfast staff always has unhappy faces at the restaurant, although the buffet breakfasts are very tasty and varied.

A very authentic hotel!
Clean, beautiful, classic!
We booked a luxury suite, BUT the only disadvantage was that the Jacuzzi practically did not work, there was no water pressure for all 4 days, it was problematic to wash with long hair (it would seem ... in the suite!)
In general, this minus is compensated by early check-in, airport transfer and simply INCREDIBLE hospitality!
Spa classrooms, where only you are))) there is a 24-hour cafe and bar, the breakfasts are quite decent (buffet).
The hotel is in a good area, across the street is a very old area of the city, where the oldest buildings and incredible Persian architecture have been preserved. To the center - on foot. There are shops, restaurants nearby - the infrastructure is convenient.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and friendly.
We had a sightseeing tour - it's not bad either, it's interesting.

I recommend the hotel for travelers.
In general, everything is fine, there are nuances.
1. In winter it is cool in the room, there is no heating, the air conditioner can be put on heating, but it makes noise like a jet engine, they were afraid to wake up the neighbors at night, they did not turn on.
2. Clean, the cleaners did well, cleaned well and every day.
3. The trouble with plumbing is that the faucet in the sink is broken, they have adapted, of course, but what prevents them from putting a working one? Watering can in the shower is similar.
4. The hotel staff is polite, but works carelessly. You come to the sauna by the time, it's not cleaned at all, they clean it in front of you. You come to the hammam by the time, it's icy. They allowed me to stay in the hammam for 10-20 minutes longer, thanks, but it didn't get so hot. You step out of the cold hammam into the cold font and into the cool pool. Well, such a thing.
And so everything is beautiful and thought out, if we had followed the implementation, it would have been super.
They promise a towel, but you still need to go and ask for them.
The price includes the use of 1 hour or sauna or hammam. The service is excellent, please respect the guests and prepare the room. Or do it for a fee, but with a soul. There is everything for this.
5. I personally did not like that they gave me the worst of the suites (I wanted to pamper my husband, I overpaid for the suite for the first time), they said that the rest were occupied, although clearly this was not the case, the hotel was half empty. On the eve of the birthday it was not pleasant, expectations were not fulfilled.
6. Breakfast is good. The cafe is nice. Since 8 a.m. We left at 7, we gave buns, sandwiches, tangerines and coffee to the room. “thanks.

A magnificent hotel! If fate brings me to Yerevan again, I will stay only here. First of all, all the rooms are really large, spacious, the decoration is at the highest level, it is impossible to find fault with cleanliness, the sound insulation is excellent. Secondly, the window offers a magnificent view of Mount Ararat, however, if there is cloud cover or haze, then it will not be easy to see it, but we were lucky with the weather. Thirdly, a chic breakfast buffet - there is everything, and milk porridges, and pancakes, and sausages, not to mention sandwiches and drinks. Fourth, a gift sightseeing tour of the city from the hotel helps travelers who come to the capital of Armenia for the first time to decide what will be most interesting for them to explore. Fifth, there is a free hammam and sauna - guests have something to do in the evening. On a tour of the Noi cognac factory, we talked with women who settled in another hotel, which cost them many times more than the Forum: they were directly jealous of us and asked for the hotel's contacts for the future - they didn't have half the enthusiasm we expressed. The hotel is located in the old town area. There is a hotel on the map of Yerevan - the old city.
Opposite is the old Kond district, which is recommended for tourists to see. But there is absolutely nothing to do there, it's boring. But it's easy to navigate on the map. Look for the Conde area and the hotel opposite.

The room was a suite and deluxe. The rooms are large, slippers, bathrobes, soap, shampoo, gel, shaving machine, toothbrush - everything was there. But of course it would not hurt to clean the carpet. After all, there are a lot of guests in the hotel. There are some notes in the cleaning. The pillows are not very comfortable, small and all knocked down. The location is good, the center is a leisurely 15-minute walk away.

The rooms are very beautiful and spacious in a classic style, the bathroom is also very comfortable. There are bathrobes, which is very nice. The breakfasts are normal, not super tasty, but the choice is varied, in a pleasant dining room. The location is convenient, we walked to the center in about 20 minutes. The spa area is pretty, I managed to visit only the sauna, in the hammam (I looked in, it's very cozy there, an aquarium with fish, pool lighting, Jacuzzi) we never visited, like, for repairs, but we really wanted to, this is, of course, a minus. And the basis is a fat minus: not once during our stay (4 nights) was there any cleaning from the word at all. We just took out the trash and changed the towels once, the foot towel was taken away on the first day and we never saw him again. The room was not cleaned, the beds were not made, disposable hygiene products were never replenished. Dear hotel staff, this is disrespectful to your guests. It's a pity, but at first we were very glad that we chose your hotel. I will return here only in case of a change in attitude to cleaning.

The bed is comfortable, after excursions and walks around the city I slept like a baby!) The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to help. There was a late check-in at 2 a.m. All the formalities with the check-in were solved in 5 minutes. The location of the hotel allows you to visit the sights of Yerevan without using a taxi!
