We bought an apartment. They saw a bill for video surveillance in Zhirovka. We paid, then we decided to ask what it was all about. It turns out that we don't have a contract with them. ZHES said to deal with them, they say they take payment based on their requests. I requested Skorin's video to see if it was worth it at all - the quality is terrible. I sent a letter for a refund for all the months, because the contract was not concluded, but they refused, saying that the previous owners had concluded it, and you can also use it. The consumer protection society said that they can be bent well for this. But for the sake of ~ 80p, I didn't bother. The situation is such, as it is noticeable, for a lot of people. But if someone goes to court, call them, this should not be ignored by law enforcement agencies.

I do not recommend it to anyone! This month, fats came to pay people who did not sign a contract. I had to call them to find out how. They said if you want to pay, and then you will be given access, and if you don't want to, don't pay! And on the receipt itself it simply says: "It is necessary to make a payment before ..." In my opinion, the imposition of services on pensioners and inattentive people! KRINGE!!!

People, if you did not sign a contract, then do not pay for fats from a special video service, they throw them out of every box even to those who did not sign a contract with them, this is a divorce for 6.93 rubles, from each apartment, almost 100 rubles a year, and if there are 100 apartments in the house, then every month a tidy sum from the house the amount is coming out.
