Unfortunately, it's huge, I can't set 0. I encounter this "salon" for the second time. Both impressions are terrible. The administration is not warned that the procedure is canceled and the salon will be closed. I had to spend precious time and money on the road to kiss closed doors. calls and messages are ignored in principle. Is this a quality service? The management knows the term as "customer orientation?"The staff and management of this "salon", God forgive me, apparently are not familiar with such a concept. It's sad that with such prices, above average, (what are they justified by?) and with mediocre service, the management of the "institution" does not accept any changes. Well, the customer base will decrease. The client votes in rubles. I do not recommend this place to anyone, there are a huge number of salons where customer orientation is at the highest level, luxury service, adequate prices, pleasant atmosphere. I do not recommend these "establishments" to anyone. Prices are above average, service is at zero. Be careful when choosing a salon and do not focus on the "beautiful picture" on instagram. The management probably does not care about the rating, customers and the result of the work of the masters.

Один дискомфорт, больше не приду сюда. Маникюр и педикюр на низком уровне. Маникюр отслаивается, педикюр плохо просушивали под лампой пару раз из всех визитов. В помещении грязно, очень пыльно. Душно, нет кондиционера. Я уже думала что кофе принято угощать везде, но из 6 визитов, один раз предложили кофе, всегда не было. Последней каплей был мой маникюр с неровным покрытием и отслойками. С меня хватит

Не рекомендую!!!!
Сегодня была первый раз в салоне.
Мастер маникюра скинула мой телефон на плитку. Вместо извинений я услышала громкое «о господи»
Ни администратор, ни мастер никак не предложили урегулировать данную ситуацию, не предложив даже скидки.
В итоге на мое напоминание об этом, я все таки получила скидку в 10% (6 рублей) и потертую камеру своего телефона.
Ну а они получили плохой отзыв и минус одного клиента..
