**Excellent sports complex with extensive facilities!**
This sports club is a real godsend for fans of an active lifestyle. There is everything here: from a gym with modern equipment to a variety of playgrounds.
** What I particularly liked:**
***The wrestling hall** is spacious, with good coverage, suitable for both training and competition.
🏊 **The pool** is clean, pleasant water temperature, comfortable changing rooms.
🏋️ **Gym** – lots of exercise equipment, free weights, all in excellent condition.
🔥 **Sauna** is a great way to relax after a workout.
🏀⚽🏐 **Sports grounds** (basketball, volleyball, football) – high-quality coverage, clear markings, good lighting.
***Table tennis hall** – the tables are new, there is a place for spectators.
The staff is polite and always ready to help. The prices are adequate, especially considering such a variety of activities. I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep fit and enjoy their workouts!
**Disadvantages:**
Sometimes it can be crowded in the evening hours, but this is more likely a sign of the popularity of the institution.

Ohhh.... It's a good place! I visited the sauna, sauna and swimming pool! Everything is clean and tidy. A top-level sauna costs 6 rubles, for that kind of money you can have a good steam bath and relax

Very cool FOK. A favorite place in the city. The pool is simply magnificent.It's always clean. Availability of changing tables for infants. There is a school "me + mom".
The presence of a trampoline for kids is just super. You can buy O2 cocktails at the kiosk.
The sauna is also great - it's a great time for the company. Take a look and see for yourself😉

An excellent complex. For children there is judo, football, swimming. For adults there are saunas, fitness, a swimming pool with aqua aerobics, many different courses, on the second floor there is a wonderful pedicure and other services for internal and external beauty).
Always clean, friendly staff.

The pool consists of 4 large (15-20 meter in my opinion) paths and a children's pool.The pool is equipped with different sticks, boards, etc. for swimming.You can sign up for classes.There is a sauna (near the cloakroom).There is also a sports hall, where various events and basketball classes are held, etc. (there are bleachers).In addition, there are sports equipment both indoors and behind my building.Also on the 1st floor there is a shop where swimming equipment, hats, glasses, etc. are sold, there are vending machines with drinks and bars.On the 2nd floor there is a 3D mini-room and an armchair that turns (I don't remember what it's called). An hour for the pool costs an adult-4-5 rubles. the child is 3 rubles.
There is a discount for pensioners and those with many children.
