I don't know who gives positive ratings, but if this is a good cafe in Grodno, then it's sad. When it was empty (only 3 tables were served), breakfast was waited for an hour. To begin with, we waited for 15 minutes to take the order, despite the fact that they came to the checkout themselves and sent us to the place. Unpleasant. I will not advise you.
