A wonderful clinic, with pleasant, polite and professional staff. One of the few places where dogs get their teeth cleaned without anesthesia. Because my dog was over 8 years old, the choice of clinic was based on this option. Now the pet is over 13 years old, and so far the Sq lap clinic has not lost its appeal to me. Any problem is solved, issues are discussed, tests are carried out and recommendations for further treatment are given.
As a result, everything is clear, work around the clock, a pleasant atmosphere, professional doctors.

I treated a cat here recently.I was satisfied.The staff and the atmosphere inside leave a favorable impression (clean corridors, order in the offices, there is a coffee machine for money).The people working here are professional and everyone loves animals and knows how to help them. There is a shop at the clinic where reasonable prices and almost everything you need for animals and their treatment can be found (the rest is in pharmacies and specialty stores).The quality of services is at a good level, so it is a good choice for those in need.There are two free parking lots in front of and behind the building and a convenient access to the clinic.The clinic is open around the clock.The queues are small and you can sign up for a specific time.

Unfortunately, veterinary medicine as a phenomenon in a number of clinics with "big names" has long turned into just a business of simply pumping money out of pet owners.
This is not the case at Sq-lap /Esculapius. They're really trying to help you here. And they help.

There is a hospital, which is very important in the postoperative period, besides, the clinic is open around the clock, it is possible to choose the time of the visit depending on your employment. Ultrasound, X-rays, tests, and oxidation are all available at the clinic.

05.10.2024 late in the evening I went to this clinic with a large abscess on the paw of my German Shepherd. The previous (other) clinic could not help us. Here the asccess was opened, full-fledged treatment was provided calmly, professionally, explained how to continue treatment at home, provided with all necessary medicines and devices. Thank God that there is such a clinic where you can get urgent qualified help for your pet at any time of the day, because, as it usually happens, there is an urgent need for help just outside the working hours of the state vet.institutions. Thanks for the professionalism, Daisy the kitty is coming to life! Calicivirus has not been treated in the state hospital since September, although they went and showed it more than once, observing the fading dynamics. It came to the unexpected in the state - try again to drink these antibiotics, and after a week for tooth extraction under anesthesia. We decided to go to a private SQ-lap and immediately felt the difference - we did tests + ultrasound.. treatment was prescribed and the cat began to revive. We've got a lot of bumps, and I think if we add up the costs since September, we've got more than just treatment in a private clinic. It's different and with a soul in SQ-lap!

I really regret that I did not read the reviews about the SQ-Lap clinic on Filimonov earlier and took my breeding cat to a caesarean on the night of 5 to 6. At first, the doctor, after doing an ultrasound, assured me that there were no kittens in the uterus, but only the afterbirth remained, so he would cook. Then, when installing the catheter, the second doctor flogged the vein 4 times in the same place - flogged the vein until it worked. When he administered anesthesia, I was very surprised why so much, but he's a doctor, he knows better. Since the cat is nursing, I asked for a cosmetic suture, but I was refused. The operation, along with the IV, lasted 40 minutes, just super fast. The cat was rendered unconscious and warned that she would be recovering from anesthesia for a long time. And she never recovered from the anesthesia. A day later, she died, suffocated from pulmonary edema and left two orphans. Never trust your pets to these people.

Here you can leave your pet for overexposure if he is ill, and you need to leave the city urgently. In this clinic, you can do a full examination of the animal: ultrasound, X-ray, and take tests. In general, all that is necessary, doctors can do everything on the spot, and not drive you around the city with an animal that is not very well anyway... And what is not a little important, you can make an appointment at a certain time and come by appointment, or you can just come and wait for a doctor's appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be accepted both ways here.😉

I've been with the cat twice. They did an ultrasound and very painful intramuscular injections. The whole team worked perfectly, both in the morning and in the evening. She needs to be injected with special gloves, because she is very afraid of doctors and there is no other way. We tried different ways, but this is a really difficult case. I would like to put zero, but alas.
Yesterday at 8:22 a.m. they called this clinic, described the problem, immediately told us the diagnosis and told us to come as soon as possible. We arrived at 9:00 and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to leave for another clinic where we were admitted immediately. When we approached and asked when we would be called, we were answered "I have no idea we have a queue." The bottom line is that the diagnosis that they called us on the phone was thromboembolism, it was a torn blood clot and at the same time they made us wait, our cat was in pain and died in this institution for 1 hour and 30 minutes, they knew and they didn't care. As a result, we went to another clinic, where we said goodbye to our cat, he is no longer there and it is unbearable to realize that this disgusting clinic tormented him.

It took me a long time to decide whether to leave my review, but I think that if I don't warn other people who love and care about their pets, I won't be calm.
I will speak briefly.
My cat got sick. We came to this clinic because he hadn't eaten for two days. On the first evening, the doctors did not even take tests, they said to observe. The next day we saw that the cat had turned yellow all over and urgently brought him to the clinic. They dug him up, gave him injections, took blood for analysis and said that after the results of the study they would know the diagnosis and further treatment for sure. At 17:00 (with pennies), the administrator calls me and says that I need to do an urgent blood transfusion and need to look for a donor, weight, age and availability of vaccinations, they explained to me how much there should be, BUT they did not tell me that 1 cat may not be enough! Upon arrival at the clinic, the doctor (a woman of 35-40 years old, maybe a little more, I don't understand much, with blond hair) calmly says that 1 cat is not enough for us, that we need at least two more of these. When I asked why they didn't tell me about it right away, she replied that she didn't have to say anything at all!!! As a result, 2 more cats were found, BUT no one was going to check which blood type would be injected into him, they just slipped me a document in which I had to register my consent to such an intervention with the words "well, there are always risks." I had to sign it, because there was no time to delay and this was the first time I had encountered such a thing.
This woman (a vet doctor with blond hair) could not simply put a catheter on my CALM cat, who had never been aggressive in his entire life. She cut all his paws with a needle (this can be seen in the photo). As a result, another doctor (a young girl) put it on the first time. During the entire time of blood transfusion, they practically did not approach him, his needle came out of the wreath and went under the skin, and for a while the blood just went under the skin forming a large blood ball, I also discovered this, and asked if it was normal. An older woman treats animals rudely. When my cat didn't have a living place on his paws to install a catheter, he was twisted with such force that even the administrator held him. After that, he hissed and scratched for the first time in his life.
In other things, all the animals that came out of the ivs that day were pierced by the catheter. ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! If a vet doctor can't do basic things, then what kind of vet doctor is this?!
I don't want to talk about all the vet doctors in this clinic, but after such an appeal from at least one of the staff, I want to run away from there.

Our beloved cat was killed in 10 days. We brought them every day, did a bunch of tests, performed all the doctors' appointments (always different, for some reason), as a result, we gave a huge amount of money and from a cat with a fever, we received a dying cat who died right in our arms. We were never diagnosed. Moreover, when we asked "what is going on?", we were told "he is in poor condition, but the tests are normal." They didn't listen to the symptoms and what we were saying. I still hate myself for believing these "doctors". That's really "aesculapius". Never, never, never bring your pet here unless you want negligent doctors to kill him.

We consulted on the results of ultrasound (French bulldog) with the doctor Malchuk Nikolay Leonidovich. He invited us to the appointment even before our turn, having seen a preliminary diagnosis on the computer. As always, he was specific, clearly, but with tact (again, taking into account the diagnosis), he voiced possible options for the development of the disease and ways to ease its course. I always try to replace Nikolai Leonidovich (we used to contact him as a therapist and orthopedist, he is also an oncologist and surgeon), because he always prescribed treatment that helped us. As for the clinic - pleasant and intelligent administrators, convenient schedule (around the clock), diagnostics, normal prices.

I want to warn visitors to this clinic, if they prescribe medicines there, then do not buy from them. Promote prices. We were prescribed the drug pimopet 2.5 mg 30 tablets and I (thinking that the prices of medicines + are the same everywhere) bought from them for 105 rubles, when I came home, I monitored the prices and was very surprised that this drug is 50% cheaper everywhere (in the same dosage and quantity you can buy for 48 rubles). And when our pets are sick, they will need money oh so much more (especially since they said to take it for the rest of their lives). But this is half the trouble, when I opened the bottle, it seemed to me that there were too few pills and I counted them... there were 23 of them, not 30 (for 105p). Of course, we called this clinic, and the next day I went there, the management is not in place, I just wrote in the book of complaints and suggestions. So far, no response, no greetings. The name of the clinic justifies itself - AESCULAPIUS.

Terrible boorish service. They came with a dog for an antibiotic injection, naming the drug and dose, the cashier or pharmacist said, "are you out of your mind?! What do you want at all?", there was also a phrase addressed to me, "someone is bad at math." The veterinarian who stood next to him also behaved rudely and refused to help, including on a paid basis. Coming in the evening to write a complaint, the Cashier continued to behave rudely, and also refused to give the name and surname of the doctor who participated in the conflict situation. I am looking forward to receiving a written response to my complaint. After all, according to the Cashier, it is not the customer who decides how he is served.

I'm really happy that I found this clinic.
Round-the-clock help for four-legged friends. I searched for a long time, a place where they could help, but basically everyone had a nighttime allowance. But SQ-Lap was not pleased with the fact that the prices are the same as during the day. The prices are very good. There are coffee machines in the clinic itself. Which helps a lot at night. We called in advance, clarified the situation and arrived. There were 2 in the queue. They took it quickly, arrived there at one o'clock in the morning, were already at home at 3. Blood tests were taken from the cat, injections were given, they explained what was wrong with the cat and further actions.
When prompt vet help is required, you don't look particularly at any little things, like cleanliness. There's only a cat in your head that needs help.
