I saw pensioners waiting in line just to ask, just to ask. The girl at the checkout line is smiling stupidly and everyone is in line. 1 out of 5 who were able to get a loan waited almost 10 days. Then the system doesn't work, then something else, eventually refused the loan, and they say they can't have already signed, blah blah blah....
