The establishment is the only normal one in the whole city. Food for 4, if you do not take salads ;). The atmosphere is quite pleasant, everything is neat, nice and clean, a little shabby furniture. The service depends on your luck, if you are lucky, you will get to a normal waiter / bartender, as we were lucky on the first day of our stay in the cafe, if not, you will have to stand and wait until the waiter gets tired of talking on the phone:(. A waiter named Alla (blonde) likes to talk on the phone, but do not strain too much because of this, you need to leave patience, on her orders to prop up the door of the institution with a "triangle" or remove a chair from her path. But Alla is very smiling, smile with your smile and she will come back to you more than once ;)
